Philosophy Heritage Ovens® offers a mouth watering collection of scoop-and-bake muffin batters in five traditional flavors—banana nut, cranberry orange, chocolate chip, blueberry and corn muffin. Nothing beats the aroma of freshly baked muffins—and nothing could be easier than thawing and baking these frozen scoop and bake mixes to make anything from a variety of different sized muffins to coffee cakes to hot dog bites.

Applications Our Heritage Ovens® Scoop-and-Bake Muffin Batter is similar in texture to cookie batter, but looser with a proprietary formulation that allows the baked shelf life of the finished product to hold for 3-4 days if the product is stored in enclosed unrefrigerated case. Trans-fat-free and made with premium ingredients to ensure the best flavor and performance, Heritage Ovens Scoop-and-Bake Muffin Batter is Formulated to produce delicious muffins and other items with super moist texture, excellent volume and consistent results.
