Case Study: SAP Syclo Work Manager Client Background: The client is one of the world’s biggest government run public sector organization dealing in public transport. This project was a proof of concept to the client.

The Challenge The client used a manual system that did not allow them to place requests or call for SOS in case of emergencies when there is no network available.

The Objective 1. To design a solution that will help the client company expedite emergency procedures without availability of network 2. To design an application that will be cross platform and cross device compatible 3. To increase efficiency, productivity and scale of output 4. To design a system that can be easily accessible remotely and data can managed without any hassle

The Solution Client approached PEOL Technologies with this problem, seeking a solution that would iron out all these bottlenecks. The SAP Work Manager mobile app also mitigates the risk of injury by helping workers complete safety checks and follow safe work practices. SAP Syclo Work Manager allows the users to feed in their entries as per their requirement even from the remotest of locations.

Syclo Work Manager then, syncs all the data when there is availability of network thus preventing data loss.

The Approach PEOL followed a very clear and modular approach towards the set objective.

We had to look for a solution that would let the business users log in their entries even from the remotest areas and still be able to retrieve the data when required.

Step 3. Implement and Manage: Based on this, we the SAP Syclo Work Manager Enabled system that was easy to use for managing assigned work orders and service requests. The mobile app was helpful in keeping track of maintenance and reporting field technician’s status and location
