The Pentegra Bravo! Awards Overview The Pentegra Employee Rewards Program will be established to help encourage and reward outstanding performance by Pentegra employees. There will be several levels of recognition available to employees. Gifts and notifications will be rewarded based upon the number of Employee Reward Recognition Points an employee receives. These points can accumulate without expiration. Points will be given in a variety of ways, for a variety of reasons. A manager, peer, customer, or vendor can award a Pentegra employee point for outstanding service, for exceeding customer expectations, for going above and beyond the call of duty, for suggesting improvements in the way we do what we do. Through the Namely system, we will keep track of each employee’s points. Employees will be able to log into the Namely system and view how many points they have, as well as the items they are eligible to receive. An online catalogue of gift items which they are eligible to redeem points for will be available on our sharepoint site. When an employee receives a recognition point, in addition to a congratulatory email, they will have a Bravo! Awards sticker placed in their work area. We will kick off the program via an email blast to all employees which will contain specifics in regard to the program as well as a video to try to create some engagement and “buzz” around this initiative.We will then follow up with a flipbook which contains the various items they can receive as well as the points each “cost”.
