Dementia: Practical Guidance for Advance Care Planning Thursday, November 3, 9:00 a.m. to Noon Camden National Corporation’s Hanley Center, Fox Ridge Office Park, Route 1, Rockport A comprehensive learning experience for adults involved in caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and for those in the early stages of dementia themselves. Experts in elder law, dementia and end-of-life care options will provide guidance on important steps to take to ensure that the affairs of an individual with dementia are in order.
