18th Annual Production Sale We hope this letter finds you and your family well. We would like to thank all of you for your support in our program over the years. Just like everything else in 2020, there are big changes for us this year. Because of COVID 19 and our tight quarters here at the ranch, we have decided to have our sale in an online setting this year. Pelton Livestock will be handling the sale at www.billpelton.com.

Over the past 20 years, we have stayed true to our breeding program. One in which we have been line breeding low maintenance, maternal lines of Angus cattle that produce consistent, predictable, balanced trait offspring that are profitable for our customers. We have stacked multiple generations of Fahren of Wye into the cowherd to intensify traits like fleshing ability, udder quality, soundness, longevity and mothering ability.

This year we are offering 32 - 18th month old, 100% forage developed bulls and 20 forage developed, bred heifers.

The bulls have been put through the same vigorous selection process as in past years. They have been selected for fleshing ability, low birth weight, performance, disposition and maternal efficiency. They were brought home on September 24th and are currently being fed long stem hay. We believe in letting them grow at their natural pace and not propping them up to be something they are not. The heifers are right from the heart of our replacements.

They are selected for balanced traits, such as, disposition, udder quality, fleshing ability and soundness. They were bred to FCC Magnum 8203 (Reg. #19616742). We calved 20 heifers bred to him this spring and didn’t touch any of them. They were ultrasounded on Oct 31st and are bred to calve May and June. More info to come on www.billpelton.com.

We believe in raising good, honest, hardworking cattle that will do their job in converting grass into muscle and protein. The bulls are priced in 4 price brackets ranging from $3000 to $4500. We welcome you to stop in and look at the cattle anytime. Visitors are always welcome.

CATALOG: This year’s production sale will be hosted ONLINE ONLY at www.billpelton.com ONLINE AUCTION: You may bid anytime anywhere and, on any device, (smart phone, tablet, personal computer) starting Thursday December 10th. The final bidding will start at 1pm MST December 12 th. You must register to bid at www.billpelton.com.

The auction will be held online-only in a “click-to-bid” format. Contact Pelton Livestock before the sale with any questions.

Education, support and teaching bidders how the auction works is available over the phone and online by Pelton Livestock.

AUTO EXTEND TIME: 30 seconds left on the item, a bid is placed, countdown timer will reset to 30 seconds. Extended bidding means that the LOT is not declared closed until there has been 30 seconds of inactivity on the LOT. All lots will close in lot item sale order.

BULL VIDEOS: Bull Videos and Digital Catalog may be viewed at www.billpelton.com HERD HEALTH: Health and brand papers will be furnished. The bulls have been fertility tested and heifers ultrasounded by Dr. AJ Domek, Wibaux, MT. DELIVERY: Free delivery on the bulls will be provided within 300 miles of Feiring Cattle Company. Delivery on the females will be at the buyers expense. Arrangements will be made for any bulls sold outside the 300 miles radius of the ranch. We are once again offering a $200/bull forage discount off the purchase price of each bull when purchased and picked up/delivered before December 22nd, weather permitting. The $200 per bull discount will not be available after December 22nd. In addition, we are offering a $50 hauling discount if you pick your purchase before December 22nd.

Invoices will be sent via electronic mail (when a working address is provided). Payment for purchases is due prior to removal or delivery of purchases unless prior arrangements have been made.
