Responses to frequently asked questions: Q: Where can I obtain 2021 pool bands? A: Pool bands are available for pick up at the Central Clubhouse office during regular onsite hours – Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Additional information, including proof of residency requirements and the pool band form can be found at https://www.summerwoodlife.com/pool-wristband-form/ Q: I need to make a modification to he exterior of my home. (I plan to paint, change a tree in my front yard, replace my fence, etc). What do I need to do? A: Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. Please review the ARC Guidelines (below) before submitting the request, as this will simplify the process and alleviate unnecessary back-and-forth. For further clarification on modifications, please reference the community's Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and the Architectural Modification and Exterior Maintenance Guidelines found on www.Sumerwoodlife.com and the www.Crest-Management.com websites. The ARC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ARC may provide suggestions for making changes so that it can be resubmitted for approval. Q: Where can I obtain a key fob or card required for access to the amenities within Summerwood? A: Key cards and fobs are obtained during normal onsite business hours. Access cards are available for $15 and fobs are $20. Additional information and the access device request form is available at https:// www.summerwoodlife.com/access-device-request-form/ Q: Who should I notify if I see a maintenance issue on Summerwood community property? A: Please log all maintenance requests for community property on https://www.summerwoodlife.com/maintenance-updates/ which will take you to the Crest portal. Pool Wristbands will be available during regular office hours at Residents Central starting April 7th. Access fobs/cards and wristbands are required to enter the pools. Office Hours are: Wednesdays and Fridays 1-6 PM Saturdays 9 AM – 1 PM To obtain wristbands, please fill out the wristband form which can be found on www.summerwoodlife.com and bring the form to office hours. Each household may obtain up to 6 resident wristbands are free of charge. • Proof of residency is required. Accepted forms include: Photo ID displaying a Summerwood address, OR a Photo ID and a current utility bill. • Proof of residency also required for all residents (other than owners) over the age of 18 living at the home for which you are requesting the wristband. • If you are leasing the property, you will also need a copy of the first page of your current lease showing address, names, and lease period. • The homeowner’s account must have a zero balance. Please allow a 7-day waiting period before wristbands will be issued when a check payment for any outstanding balance. The Residents Club Central Pool is open for Swim At Your Own Risk, daily 6AM - 8 PM, closed on Mondays for cleaning. Please note that Central Pool hours will be adjusted for the swim team practices weekday evenings through the end of the school year, weekday mornings in June and meets on some Saturdays. Plans are being put into place to open East Pool earlier in the season than in prior years. Please stay tuned for an announcement concerning this amenity being available to homeowners.
