Dear Parents, May is often the busiest month for families. I’ve often pondered why are we so busy? As parents, we often don’t enjoy the simple daily activities of raising children. The sunny days spent outside playing or the time spent making cookies are just a few of the simple daily pleasures. But in our culture, we are often hurried from one experience to the next! I encourage you to slow down during May. Spring Fling, on the other hand, is just a day to enjoy being together. Some of life’s simplest pleasures are available for children of all ages!
