Soundbath and Stretch

Join Peachtree City Library and Flow by Naila for a 1 hour de-stressing and relaxation session. The session will begin with 20 minutes of gentle stretches followed by a meditative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and a sea drum to guide you into a state of relaxation. Come prepared with a mat, optional eye mask, pillow, and water bottle. Registration required. Seating is limited. No Book Club Selection
November book has been moved to January 2025. For the November meeting the group will be filling the 2025 reading list. Please bring three (3) books you have enjoyed. Tell a brief description about each one. Members present will decide which titles are added to the 2025 reading list. We’ll review the PINES available copies and pages. New members get first choice in their books.
