From the Editor Atlanta is at its peak during the summer months. The city simply thrives on the extensive lineup of events, parties, and festivals that fill up our itinerary with plenty of fun things to do – and I am here for it. HOLLER, POSSUMS!

After a two-year hiatus, the Possums are back with a new spin on their unique fundraiser with the help of Atlanta drag superstar, Edie Cheezburger, and a new (indoors) venue. After 20 years of growing their outdoor show to one of the largest outdoor drag shows in the southeast, the East Point Possums retired for a brief two years – and now they’re back with a new spin on their fundraiser.

This year’s theme will be “Summer Camp” featuring the Possums and local drag superstar, Edie Cheezburger, and the event space for this inaugural Possum performance concept will be the Variety Playhouse – yes, the Possums have indeed escaped East Point, AND they have moved inside too! This immersive theme party will take you on a journey to summer camp and all things campy, so come dressed up in your favorite summer camp theme outfit and be prepared to participate in all camp activities. Featured drag entertainers, singers, and performers will set the tone for this unique fundraiser for Rainbow House Coalition (rainbowhouseatl.org) to raise funds to provide housing for Atlanta’s homeless LGBTQ+ youth. For the past 11 years, Tom Christ and his team have expanded the Typhoon Lagoon event from one party to a full weekend of parties and events. In fact, it is now One Magical Weekend. Peach talked to the creator about the magic of it all! Tell us about the background for OMW. In 1996, I took a leave of absence from my job as a commercial real estate appraiser and worked on the open and closing ceremonies of the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta. Through my contacts made at that time, I was approached to take over the Typhoon Lagoon event in 2009. Over the past 11 years, we have expanded and added a 500-room host hotel, parties at House of Blues, Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The weekend presents an incredible lineup of parties and DJs – tell us a little bit about the parties. The signature event of the weekend is Riptide at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. This party is in its 22nd year and will feature Rosabel. For the first time, we will have Tidal Wave at the Bear Lagoon featuring DJ Barry Huffine and DJ Brayden Marc. The Therapy Pool Parties on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, are a daytime favorite and feature Oscar and Edgar Velazquez, Dan Slater, Roland Belmares, Drew G and AJ Reddy. Saturday night’s RED: Galaxy Party will have Tony Moran and a performance by the legendary Power Infiniti. Sunday will have a new Main Event “WIG” featuring RuPaul’s Kameron Michaels, Naysha Lopez, Phoenix joined by TP Lords, 92era Lords, and DJ Twisted Dee. The late-night Cadabra After Hours have a stellar line up with Paulo, Nina Flowers, Eddie Martinez, Alexander, and Deanne.

What is it about One Magical Weekend that is magical? Orlando sets the stage for “magic.” Theme park capital of the world, the city offers the most unique venues and a talent pool second to none. OMW has worked hard to create unique experiences with the top DJ’s and performers. We love to enhance the guest experience with surprise performances and over-the-top atmosphere. Is there anything that is extra magical for this year’s OMW? After 29 years, this year is the first time that the promoters from Girls in Wonderland, Tidal Wave and One Magical Weekend have worked together to form the Kindred Pride Foundation, a 501(c)(3). KPF is producing “We Are One and Extravaganza for Diversity and Equality in Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Disney Springs House of Blues. The variety format show will feature RuPaul’s Shangela, Ty Herndon, MDO formerly Menudo, Brody Ray, Brandon Stansell, Varietease and many others. It is hosted by comedienne Erin Foley and Orlando’s own Emmy award-winning Jorge Estevez. This is a do not miss! OMW is this upcoming weekend – is there still time to join the party last-minute? Absolutely there is still time! Tickets to all events are available at onemagicalweekend.com. The host hotel still has a limited number of rooms available.

One Magical Weekend is also a business expo and Tickets and hotel at onemagicalweekend.com celebrations for Pride – can you tell us about those? The Expo is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will feature your favorite vendors like Mojo Man Swimwear, MyTropiXX, WL Connections Apparel, Fairvilla, and many others. 10 | 05.29.19

LOOK GOOD WHEN YOU LAND By Mikkel Hyldebrandt

Chances are that your upcoming summer plans involve a flight or two. If you’ve ever flown, you know much a flight can dehydrate you and deprive you of sleep, so here are a few tips on how you can arrive feeling (somewhat) rested and above all look good.

During the Flight Get Comfy Change into some comfortable clothes on longer flights. Bring sweatpants and a t-shirt in your carryon, so your clothes can be folded neatly and stay fresh for when you land. Avoid Alcohol Most people feel flying equals a free for all on alcohol, but alcohol dehydrates you and multiplies the dehydrating effect of the flight itself. Drink water to prevent your skin from tiring. Avoid Stimulants Coffee and sugar will keep you awake, so avoid those – if you’ve eaten before the flight, it should be easier to bypass these altogether. 12 | 05.29.19

After Landing

Exercise A quick cardio workout immediately after you’ve landed is ideal for getting the blood and energy flowing again. Start by walking through the terminal to the baggage claim area. Get Time-Zoned The best way to beat jetlag and adjust to the new time zone is to observe meal and sleep times at your destination. Eat relatively light meals, and aid your sleep by taking a Melatonin supplement, which is the hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles.

“WICK”ed

Good

By Gregg Shapiro Photo: Niko Tevernise for Lionsgate

It helps when going in to “John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum” (Lionsgate), starring Keanu Reeves in the title role, to know that “parabellum” is a reference to preparing (“para”) for war (“bellum”). This is useful because, as we find out, John Wick means war. When we last saw dog and vintage car-loving widower Wick (Reeves), the indestructible hitman with a heart of gold bullion, in 2017’s “John Wick 2”, he was about an hour away from certain death. His grace period was winding down, and there was a $14-million-dollar bounty on his head. Why? Because, in the safe space of New York’s Continental hotel, in front of the venue’s manager Winston (Ian McShane), he killed the twisted Santino D’Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio), the man who held Wick’s mark. D’Antonio, who hired Wick to kill his sister Gianna (Claudia Gerini) so he could take her place at the crime underworld’s “high table” under the pretense of erasing the mark, betrayed Wick, leading to the assassin becoming excommunicado. With his nameless (and affectionate) dog being looked after by faithful concierge Charon (Lance Reddick), Wick makes his way to the New York Public Library where he not only retrieves necessary valuables to arrange his safe passage but also faces Ernest (Barban Marjanovic) the first of his serious death threats. Of course, he dispenses with him handily, and then hightails it out of there, leading to a series of chases, including one in Chinatown. As the bounty rises to $15-million-dollars, Wick arrives at his destination, a theater and training space run by Russian mob boss The Director (Angelica Huston). While she’s helping him arrange travel to Casablanca, The Adjudicator (gender non-binary actor Asia Kate Dillon), sent by the people at the “high table” pays a visit to Winston. 14 | 05.29.19

They deliver the news that, because of what occurred with Wick in the Continental, Winston has been given seven days to evacuate the hotel. The Adjudicator also pays a visit to the Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne, reunited with his “Matrix” co-star Reeves, once again), and also gives him seven days to abdicate his thrown because he also provided aid to Wick. The Adjudicator also has a brutal moment with The Director. Wick, who is now in Casablanca, meets with fellow assassin Sophia (Halle Berry). Wick has a marker on Sophia, and after serious wrangling, convinces her to help him meet with her superior Berrada (Jerome Flynn), who in turn may be able to assist him on his quest to meet with the mosthigh so that he may clear his name. What follows is a long, hot walk through the desert (in a black suit, no less), the loss of a finger, fealty sworn, punishment doled out, the attack of a ninja army, lots of broken glass and bones and bloodshed. All of which Wick survives in the most remarkable fashion. Can you say “John Wick IV”? Stuntman turned director Chad Stahelski delivers even more of the choreographed, ultra-violent, video-game quality fight sequences than he did in previous Wick flicks. Some go on way too long, but for the most part, they are riveting and are sure to make for than a few viewers squirm in their seats. The addition of humor goes a long way in making some of the intensity more bearable. Reeves’ Wick manages to simultaneously remind us of and make us forget Neo in “The Matrix” series. “John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum” is top-notch summer entertainment (and it’s not three hours long).

Love, Fear, Freedom Even though Marina Diamandis cut herself loose from pop music after 2015’s FROOT to find the version of herself she lost to an industry touting artifice, the truth is she’d been feeling that way for a while. During the promotional cycle for her 2012 album Electra Heart, the 33-year-old Welsh artist, who then went by Marina and the Diamonds before recently simplifying her name (and image) to simply Marina, was already shaken by a superficial perception of her that made her “uncomfortable.” Mainstream press interviews at that time were, she said in 2015, “complete shit,” the questioning one-note because journalists didn’t seem to believe a pop artist could be complex and multi-dimensional. After FROOT, she continued to demonstrate otherwise. She went back to school, studying psychology at Birkbeck at the University of London. She painted. She traveled. And then influenced by Swiss psychologist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, she recorded her latest album, called Love + Fear, which is conceptually rooted solely in those two emotions. No “look,” no artifice. There didn’t need to be. At 33, Marina has a better handle on who she is; grappling with 18 | 05.29.19

her public and personal identity, a common theme in her past work that has resonated with many in the LGBTQ community, is a thing of the past. Identity and acceptance have long been thematic mainstays in your music. With these new songs, how might the LGBTQ audience identify? With Love + Fear, I don’t think I’m really going through that or battling with that anymore, so there’s a real clarity and a simple, direct way of communicating on the record, whereas both subjects on previous records still felt very tumultuous and undecided, like I was trying to get through something and I didn’t know how to feel about myself. Now, a lot of the things that I’m inspired by are not inside me; it’s more looking outside at the world around me. Recently, you painted a stunning illustration of Elizabeth Taylor for a t-shirt and sales of the shirt will benefit her AIDS Foundation. It seems you have a lot in common with what that foundation stands for. How did you land on that particular cause for the shirt? Well, I watercolor as a hobby and, actually, I’m doing a lot of merch designs with watercolors this year for this tour. But the foundation, they just approached me and

way. Actually, that’s why I wanted to do it: because I think (we) still have to constantly work on social problems with this, and she did this so much in her life and I don’t think a lot of people know about how much work she did for HIV and AIDS sufferers. How would you describe your relationship with your LGBTQ fans at this point in your career? I often get asked why I think I do have such a solid LGBTQ fanbase and I think it’s because a lot of the things that I’ve sung about in the past are connected to identity and a sense of being able to be yourself. When you grow up with a feeling of discrimination, that’s something that you carry into your adult life, so being my fourth album, it seems that I’m still very lucky in that I have the support of the LGBTQ community. I think that’s the reason, because if you bond with an artist early on with their lyrics, or their lyrics speak to you, that tends to be something you carry with you through your adult life. So, I kind of understand now why that has happened. I was listening to Love + Fear when I read something Robyn recently told The New York Times Magazine that I thought might resonate with you: “There’s always a gap between how I see myself and how other people see me.” Can you relate? Anyone who has a public job, there’s always going to be that. Actually, not even anyone who has a public job, but for anyone in life there is gonna be that gap. But I think it’s bigger for people if you have a public job, and I think being an artist can really affect the way that you feel about yourself, because you know who you are but you may appear to be another thing because that’s a popular thing for pop artists to do. They’re experts at making you think they are a certain person 20 | 05.29.19

when the reality is, they have a lot of other parts that they’re not showing or that they’re trying to hide, and that’s part of being young. But I don’t feel like that at all anymore. Even with the name change, the reason I did it was because I knew it’d make me feel comfortable enough to be able to do this job again. It’s totally worked. I feel very comfortable and confident and I don’t feel like there’s any obstruction now between Marina and the Diamonds as an artist as opposed to a person. It’s making that easier for the average person as opposed to putting this construct in front of it all the time. Do you think nowadays there’s more of a desire to want or need pop artists that we can relate to? I think that’s just been a natural direction, because I think with Instagram and Twitter and other social media platforms there was always gonna be a time where people would start to see through the veneer of staged or curated feeds, and now I think it’s gone beyond that a bit, thank god, where you can be more natural and you don’t have to be this epic conceptual thing all the time. Pop artists are fascinating, but at the end of the day, they are just normal people who are able to build a world around them that makes them look quite exciting. But really, it’s the ideas that they started out with – it’s not really about how you look – and I think that’s what fans are connecting with, the person themself. Does Love + Fear reflect the heaviness you’ve expressed that you feel in other interviews when it comes to what is happening to minority communities in the world right now? I think I’ve felt very confused about it because there’s just been, to all of us, such bombardment of awful events in a very short period of time and now, of course, with the internet we have access to all of this information, so for the human brain, on a biological level, it’s like, how many bad events can you truly digest and be able to empathize? So many bad things happened in the last four years that it’s really hard to comprehend and know how to deal with it, so it’s more just trying to express that confusion, which I’ve written about a bit in “To Be Human” and “Life Is Strange.” But it’s a really hard topic to try and verbalize, to even try to condense for any of us. Even though you’re still pursuing music, how has pursuing other endeavors like studying psychology and painting broadened your sense of identity? I think as adults we get less time to expand

other parts of ourselves. But because music was a hobby for me – I started doing it professionally at 22 and then I hit 30, 31 and I was like, “Well, what else is there in life?” – I didn’t have the normal experiences a 20-something would have. I was living quite a different type of life and that doesn’t allow a lot of space for being detached from your music. Music is your whole life. So then you just get stuck in being – you almost become like a brand to yourself, like in your own mind. It’s not even something you build, it’s subconscious, I believe. So I think it was really necessary for me to just have a break in order to focus on other things that are equally important.

As editor of Q Syndicate, the international LGBTQ wire service, Chris Azzopardi has interviewed a multitude of superstars, including Cher, Meryl Streep, Mariah Carey and Beyoncé. His work has also appeared in GQ, Vanity Fair and Billboard. Reach him via Twitter @chrisazzopardi.

As adults, we do forget to still live as kids sometimes, don’t we? Yeah, and also just being able to try different things. Or change careers if you want to. I think adults become more nervous as we get older about change, and maybe we should think about it less seriously. You’re not just a writer or a journalist – you could be a lot of different things you don’t even know. You can experiment in life. What do you envision for yourself in the future? I hope to be able to integrate other parts of myself, like the fact that I love doing talks and I love psychology and philosophy. I still like painting. I think those are things I can incorporate into whatever role I’ve been able to build outside of music, but music has been a really wonderful platform to start with, because that is my main passion. Even with this record so far, being able to do this talk recently with this organization called The School of Life, which is a philosophy- and psychology-based school, that’s really thrilling to me because I’m able to contribute in a different way that’s not just like, “Look at this pop video.” Those are fun things, but they don’t deepen my heart. They don’t feel life-affirming. Songwriting is. It’s just having a bit of a different perspective now, and I’m really enjoying that. I feel a lot freer. And yeah, anything can happen! It’s exciting. Life is exciting.

CRISIS OR COMFORT LEVEL?

MIDLIFE CRISIS IN GAY MEN By Jeff Fuller

The GEN X Files

Face it, Gen X, we’re getting old. The oldest of our generation are well into their 50s, and the youngest are pushing 40. We’re in that strange season of life called “middle age.”

The idea of the “mid-life crisis” goes back to the 1960s and has mostly been defined by the generation before us. Typically, the image of a man in mid-life crisis buys an expensive sports car, dates someone half his age, gets a divorce, gets laid off from his job and decides to go into business for himself. Sometimes it’s inspiring. Other times it’s a mess. The crisis involves conflicting feelings of depression, ennui, selfconfidence, frustration at career or relationship goals not met, a stronger sense of the shortness of life and the need to take action in the time that remains. Gay men of Gen X face their own version of the mid-life crisis, and much of the foregoing manifests itself in various ways. In our younger years, we spent a lot of time worrying about what other people think, trying to do the right thing to advance in one’s career or find the man of our dreams. We grew up in an extremely hostile culture, one in which our sexuality was associated with death and disease. Today, we are able to marry in all 50 states and see ourselves reflected positively in television shows and movies. Once vulnerable and fearful, we can have a stronger sense of who we are and what we can accomplish. Many of us were awkward and closeted in our younger years. At middle age, this may be the first 32 | 05.29.19 04.24.19

time that we feel comfortable in our own skin. There’s a reason why daddies are hot. Confidence and experience are sexy. Yet even with all the DILF parties and daddy chasers, some of us may feel that we don’t quite get the attention we did our younger years. Among gay men, our social currency is often only as valuable as how good we look. Sometimes this leads to taking actions in a futile attempt to reverse or mask the aging process. Alternatively, others accept where they are and focus on building things that may endure longer than a perfect body, a business, a charity, a work of art, or a group of friends that forms a family of choice. It is also the age when we begin to start facing our own mortality. Often it is at this age when we lose our parents and find ourselves in the oldest generation within our families. It is also more likely that we will lose friends as we get older. With this comes an awareness that we aren’t going to live forever, and that the time to follow our dreams may be now or never. The oldest of us who remember the worst of the AIDS crisis, already know this all too well. We know that life may not give us another 20 years to take that trip to Australia, start a business, switch careers, ask that guy out, write that book, end a toxic relationship, or start a new loving one. -Apart from being a Gay Generation-Xer, Jeff Fuller is an attorney, writer, travel blogger, historian, and military spouse. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jeff went to college, graduate school and law school in the Southeast. He has called Atlanta home for the last decade but recently moved to DC to follow his husband on his military career. He occasionally blogs at journeyingjeff.com.

being irresponsible; it’s the start of something bigger. Getting your mojo back can involve taking a risk and being a little less calculated about our choices. Life is too serious; work is too serious, school is too serious, being in a relationship is too serious, maintaining your single-hood/individuality is too serious. We have to live a little, and there is no better time than the present.

Sun’s out, pool parties are being planned. Sunday Funday is in full swing. BBQ smoke is making its way through the pollen. Tops are down on convertibles. So, it’s the time to pick Heck, losing your mojo can up your mood, dust it off, and start enjoying the impact your self-esteem; summer months that are upon us. it does a number on your energy level and can impact how you look at your life. Him: So, when are we meeting?

Me: Later, so busy now.

Girl, don’t be so dramatic! You didn’t lose a friend – you just realized you never had one!

Him: Ok, then come straight after work.

Me: Let me just go home and change, and then I’ll meet you. I wish there was a calorie refund for things that didn’t taste as good as you expected.

Him: You’re not going to meet me, are you? Be honest!

Me: No, I’m probably going to bed when I get home...

Dad Joke Alert The rotation of earth really makes my day

I wish it was as easy to unfriend someone in real life like it is on Facebook

“How are you so confident?” What’s my option?! Hate myself?? In THIS economy? No.

Asking for a friend Are they still bad habits if I really like them?

48 | 05.29.19

Growing up in the 90s, I’m thankful for the many memories – and for the fact that there is not much photo evidence!

SCORPIO (OCT. 23 - NOV. 21) Your peaceful home life may be shattered by an unsettling revelation today. This could lead to tantrums and outbursts that would embarrass Elton John himself. But you may have to live with the fact that your partner sold your Madonna concert tickets on eBay, and is keeping the money for himself.

SAGITTARIUS (NOV. 22 - DEC. 21) A creative give-and-take at home can be enhanced if you keep yourself open to new ideas today. Staying close-minded will hinder progress and keep that redecorating project from being completed. Sometimes you like stirring the pot just for the dramatic effect, but today it won’t be either endearing or cute.

GEMINI (MAY 21 - JUN. 20)

CAPRICORN (DEC. 22 - JAN. 19)

You may meet someone today who forces you to reexamine some of your tightly held beliefs. It’s okay to entertain different viewpoints, but don’t lose all perspective. You’ll know you’ve gone too far when you find yourself at a Jonas Brothers concert, and you’re actually enjoying it.

You may be thinking of changing aspects of yourself in an effort to be more attractive to guys. But avoid a total reinvention. Make it a gradual process, and it’ll seem believable. Suddenly bounding into work with the look and personality of Perez Hilton will only make you look like an idiot.

CANCER (JUN. 21 - JUL. 22)

AQUARIUS (JAN. 20 - FEB. 18)

Relating intellectually to friends today will be like trying to explain Homer’s ‘Odyssey’ to a roomful of monkeys. Your efforts will result in glazed stares and dumbfounded looks. But, ever the trooper, you’ll push on -- even after they start throwing bananas at you.

Today you’ll shine with a brilliance that can only mean one thing: You’re in love! That’s all you’ll talk about and it won’t take long for people to get sick of hearing about it. Keep in mind today that your new love is only important to you, and others really couldn’t care less.

LEO (JUL. 23 - AUG. 22)

PISCES (FEB. 19 - MAR. 20)

You may meet someone today whose ego is bigger than yours, if that’s even possible. The resulting clash of the titans will be epic in proportion. There’s no telling who will win this battle, but you’re willing to concede defeat if he’s cute and makes more money than you.

Be open to change and today could be fun and productive. But fall back on well-trodden ways and the day will be predictable and dull. Bring this mindset to romance today, and you could meet someone different who will be anything but predictable and dull.

VIRGO (AUG. 23 - SEP. 22)

ARIES (MAR. 21 - APR. 19)

Changes at home may disrupt your delicate balance. This will leave you disoriented and confused, but snap out of it! Life is change, baby, and you’ll feel better about it if you just roll with it.

You may be smitten with a new guy you met recently, and he’ll be all you think about today. You’re so love-struck you may find yourself making plans for your future together. You’d go as far as filling out a bridal registry at Crate and Barrel if only you could remember his name.

LIBRA (SEP. 23 - OCT. 22)

TAURUS (APR. 20 - MAY 20)

You’ll hope today that an intellectual connection leads to a physical one. But don’t get your hopes up, as this is an easy mistake to make. Creative collaborating can be stimulating, but just because someone shares their brain with you doesn’t mean they’re also willing to share their body.

Too much flamboyancy often keeps you from enjoying the gay social scene. Which is a pity since there are so many eligible guys out there who fill your stringent requirements. Just because they’re wearing a dress and make-up doesn’t make them any less manly. Then again, maybe it does.

he other day when I was masturbating, I had was at a pool party recently, and something T been edging for a long time, so when it was Ihappened to me that left me quite puzzled: I time to climax, I expected this massive load. was splashing around and ended up talking to Instead, only a few drops come out, and I was honestly disappointed, but then also a little worried. Am I producing enough semen, and are there ways to increase your ‘load’? Sincerely Ejaculate College Dear Ejaculate College There are several reasons for wanting to increase your ejaculate volume like fertility reasons or simply just pride. Assuming that your reasons are more pride-related due to the nature of your story, you’ll be happy to learn that there are ways to increase volume. If you are worried about fertility, you will also be relieved to learn that volume has virtually nothing to do with how fertile your semen is. There is simply put no relations to health or fertility judging by the amount of ejaculate a man produces, and the average amount of ejaculate is just what equals a teaspoon-full, which isn’t a lot in the first place. But still, our culture is obsessed with shooting a huge load which is a whole other story that has deep cultural and religious roots, and then there’s the entire porn industry that idolizes vast amounts of semen. So, first off, don’t be too hard on yourself and your small(er) load; you’re probably totally within the norm, but your expectations have just been a little warped. That being said, here are a few tips on how you can increase your ejaculate volume: 1. Stay hydrated: Inadequate water in your system can affect your whole body, including your semen. 2. Take vitamins: Semen is partly comprised of vitamin C and zinc, so take away any of the components, and you will naturally have a poorer result. 3. Eat well-balanced: As with anything health-related, a healthy diet is essential, and balanced nutrition keeps testosterone levels balanced. 4. Stop smoking: Smoking is terrible for you and has even been suspected of decreasing secretions in your body – and semen is a secretion! 5. Do kegels: if you don’t know what they are, look them up! The exercises may not help on volume but will help to ejaculate the full volume. 52 | 05.29.19

this guy. I was in the water, and he was sitting on the edge of the pool with his feet in the water. Several times he leaned forward to tell me something which caused me to move closer to him, and when I did that, he let his foot rest on my crotch. I also noticed that he was getting aroused in his swimsuit. We continued this game, and he ended up pretty much stroking my dick on the outside of my swimwear, but we carried on a conversation like nothing was going on. Then after a while, he got up and went over to another guy who he embraced and kissed, and then shortly after he left with him. A friend of mine told me that was his boyfriend, and that’s what confused me because even though we were ‘secret,’ there was no doubt we were flirting. Should I feel bad for flirting with him? Did I maybe cause a stir in their relationship now? I’m confused; help me! Sincerely Pool Play

Dear Pool Play First of all, a little flirting never hurt anybody, so don’t beat yourself up for that. Secondly, you don’t know anything about their relationship. They could be open; they could be having issues, he could be cheating; they could be allowed to flirt (heavily), et cetera. Point being; it is none of your business and therefore, not something you should worry about. You shouldn’t even worry about if it caused issues between them! You engaged in some flirting not knowing that he was partnered, so all of this is on him, not you. And depending on the nature of their relationship, there could be no issues at all here if he is ‘allowed’ to. But now you know, so next time you see him, you have this valuable information.
