Peace Lutheran College offers limited scholarships from Year 7 to Year 10 for existing and prospective students. Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate a high level of excellence in their chosen area, combined with strong academic performance and dedicated personal commitment.
Scholarships are available in the following areas:
Academic Excellence Scholarship
General Excellence Scholarship (Leadership, Community Service, Excellence exhibited across several areas)
Cultural Excellence Scholarship (Dance, Drama, Music, Visual Art)
We recommend you review the criteria that best suit your strengths, as you may only apply for one stream.
A scholarship will normally be held from Years 7 to 9 or from Years 10 to 12. Students entering at other year levels within these brackets, e.g., applying in Year 8, would be eligible only for a two-year scholarship to the end of their Year 9 studies. Year 10 is the last entry year for scholarships.
The college also reserves the right to terminate the scholarship at any time in the event of gross or continued breaches of expectations, unwarranted decline in academic achievement or application, or persistent failure to support the college in its co-curricular program.
All scholarships are a remission of the tuition fee component only of a student’s school fees. The Principal determines the amount of remission, and once offered, this decision is final. NB: If a year level is at capacity upon application, a scholarship may not be available to offer.
To live with humility, forgiveness, and authenticity.
To strive daily for personal best in all dimensions of life.
To give dignity and worth to people and place.
To foster a servant heart with compassion towards others.
