There is a saying, “Everything on earth has its own age, everything has its own expiration date.” If you follow the news, you will find many events that have become old news. Some were stories of joy, others of sorrow. Time takes away the old items and brings with it new ones. Our job is to be able to cope with them, otherwise we will be faced with additional difficulties.
Stop worrying about the many troubling matters and in this issue, turn back to learn of the warmth and love under the roofs of two families; the ”Khongmanee” family, a small-sized family in a large house and the “Thongsalub” family, a family that indulges itself in a vintage style. Both families had the inspiration to build new homes and make them their own individual places of happiness. There are also columns on home building, life styles, travel and food. จากความคิดเพียงต้องการต่อเติมบ้านหลังเก่าแต่กลับกลายเป็นสร้างบ้าน หลังใหม่ จากความไม่รู้เรื่องการสร้างบ้านกลายเป็นได้บริษัทรับสร้างบ้าน ที่มีคุณภาพ จากความคิดเพียงอยากได้บ้านขนาดพอเหมาะกลับกลายเป็น
ควรที่จะสร้างใหม่ดี กว่าเพราะคิดว่าคุ้มค่ากว่า แต่การจะสร้างบ้านหลังใหม่ก็ต้องมีช่างที่มี

The “Kongmanee” family were looking to modify their old home, but decided on a new one instead. Not having any knowledge on the process of home’s construction, they decide on a high-quality builder. Thinking originally to build a medium size house, they decided on a larger home which far exceeded their expectations. This is the story of the “Kongmanee” family who were impressed after they decided to have PD House a professional builder build their house.
Khun Komsun, Khun Samneang and their only child lived in a twenty year old one-storey wooden house for years. They originally thought of modifying the house because as their child grew, more ‘private space’ would be required. When they spoke with friends and relatives they were told that modifying the old house would not be a viable solution and recommended they build a new house. To build a new house requires a professional builder and takes time. Khun Komsun thought that if he had a local builder build his house, he would face problems such as unfinished and poor quality of work. After searching the internet for information, he could not make a decision until one day he came across a “PD House” sign at a construction site. He took down their phone number and called them, eventually visiting their office and began to look for house designs to suit his family’s needs. After browsing through many options, he made his decision and had them build their home.

ส�าหรับบ้านที่ครอบครัวคงมณีตัดสินใจสร้างเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว 2 ชั้น สไตล์ Contemporary ที่มีความโดดเด่นในเรื่องของรูปลักษณ์ดูโอ่โถง
Khun Komsun also added “the reason I chose PD House is because I trusted the company and thought that they would do the exquisite and meticulous work. They also had a construction supervisor that would be on-site. Their contract is clear and specifically states the duration of construction period. This helped make the follow up possible.”
The home the Kongmanee family decided to build is a two story Contemporary style house. The outstanding features are its shape and airy and luxurious appearance with exterior decorating tiles resembling nature. A large living area of 554 square meters is divided into four bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a living room, bedroom, dressing room and kitchen on the main level. Upstairs is divided into three bedrooms, a Buddha room, an office and home theatre room. The living areas are all connected for convenience. The decor focuses on functionality instead of luxury so the house looks airy and modest. The majority of the furniture is built in for the sake of beauty and convenience.

หน้าต่างไวนิลที่ดูสวยงามคงทน และยังช่วยป้องกันเสียงจากภายนอกได้ อีก หรือแม้แต่การใช้ฉนวนกันความร้อนช่วยท�าให้บ้านเย็นสบาย ลดการ ใช้พลังงานไปในตัว คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไปจริง ๆ” ทั้งหมดนี้คือความประทับใจที่กลายเป็นบทเริ่มต้นของความอบอุ่นภายใน ครอบครัว
“We were impressed with the construction because they regularly reported to me so we knew how things were progressing. We never imagined that it would be such a big house. It is worth the money. The most important thing is they used high quality materials such as vinyl doors and windows which help insulate from the outside noise. The insulators used also makes the house cool and energy efficient.”
The decision to use PD House for the “Kongmanee” family describes life at its best for years to come; a perfect home for everyone to enjoy together as a family.
คนพยายามลอกเลียนแบบคนที่ประสบความส�าเร็จเพียงเพราะคิดว่าน่า จะเป็นสูตรที่เป็นทางลัดและเป็นแนวทางให้กับเราได้
ไม่รู้จักคิดและพัฒนาเพื่อเป็นการต่อยอดสุดท้ายแล้วก็คงประสบกับ ความล้มเหลวอย่างแน่นอน
หากเป็นเรื่องของธุรกิจรับสร้างบ้าน สูตรของความส�าเร็จคือคุณภาพ และการบริการ ดังนั้นบุคลากรจึงมีความส�าคัญมากเป็นพิเศษ และการ

โดยคุณชยพลได้กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า “ในการท�างานสิ่งส�าคัญคือต้องมีการ
วางแผนที่ดีและให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานหลักขององค์กรโดยพนักงาน
ในฝ่ายทุกคน ทุกระดับ จะต้องเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการหาวิธีการท�างาน หรือปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนที่ตัวเองต้องรับผิดชอบอยู่ ในปัจจุบันให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่ก�าหนดไว้ นอกจากนี้จ�านวนบุคลากร จะต้องสอดคล้องกับปริมาณงาน รวมถึงการจัดบุคลากรให้เหมาะสม กับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อที่จะให้งานทุกชิ้นออกมาอย่างมีคุณภาพ
แต่ทั้งนี้ในการท�างานที่ต้องใช้ความละเอียดและเป็นงานที่ส�าคัญก็มัก จะมีอุปสรรคหรือปัญหาเกิดขึ้นอย่างไม่ต้องสงสัย แต่ถ้าหากมีวิธีการ แก้ไขที่ดีหรือมีความพร้อมในการแก้ปัญหาเชื่อว่าทุกปัญหาก็คงมี ทางออกและสามารถแก้ไขให้ลุล่วงไปได้อย่างแน่นอน ซึ่งคุณชยพลได้ บอกว่า “เมื่อเกิดปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคในระหว่างการท�างานเราต้องเร่ง

“No other place could be sweeter than our own home” is a sentence that best expresses the happiness in the house of Khun Sudjai Thongslub and Mr.Alexander Ruben family. After moving from Bangkok to the province of Isaan to start their business together, their lives changed that became envied by many.

Khun Sudjai Thongsalub and Mr. Alexander Ruben built eternal happiness within this beautiful house. Khun Sudjai told us that, ” previously we lived in Bangkok but I wanted to go back to my hometown and start a business in Ubon Ratchathani so we had to set a new plan for our new life. Our first step was to plan to build a new house. We searched for the information of home building companies on the internet, in popular magazines and asked people whom we knew. We finally decided upon PD House because we were impressed with the design and the materials used; especially on the roof of the house. We have heard that the roof is one of the most important parts of any home and PD House gave us a clear picture of the materials to be used. We immediately felt confident in using the company. We visited one of their recent sites in the area and decided on the perfect design for us.”
Choosing the right design is necessary to ensure the home owner will be happy and content in their new dwelling. Khun Sudjai chose a contemporary style house with the living area of 203 sq.m., consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area downstairs is divided into the living room, a guest bedroom,

เฟอร์นิเจอร์เรียบง่ายแต่ดีไซน์ไม่ซ�้ากัน ยิ่งท�าให้บรรยากาศภายในบ้านดู มีเสน่ห์และอบอุ่นมากยิ่งขึ้น
“ก่อนที่จะสร้างบ้านหลังนี้ก็กังวลอยู่เหมือนกันไม่รู้ว่าจะออกมาตรงกับใจ เราหรือเปล่า ช่างฝีมือเป็นอย่างไรเราก็ไม่รู้ อาจจะเพราะว่าเราไม่มี ประสบการณ์ในด้านนี้ก็เลยมีความกังวลอยู่บ้าง
ได้ตามที่หวังไว้อาจจะบอกได้เต็มปากเลยว่าเกินความคาด หมายจริง ๆ” คุณสุดใจกล่าว
หากมองโดยรวมแล้วบ้านหลังนี้อาจจะมีพื้นที่ที่ไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่บ้านหลัง นี้สามารถตอบโจทย์ ความต้องการของครอบครัวคุณสุดใจได้อย่างลงตัว

For the interior decor, Khun Sudjai, who enjoys this kind of work, made the interior design look tasteful with a prominent and vintage, loft-style layout. The simple yet modern furniture design makes the atmosphere charming and warm.
“Before the house was built, we were concerned about the outcome and whether it would be up to our expectations. We didn’t know what the outcome of the worker’s craftsmanship would be as we had no previous experience with home construction. We felt relieved with the work they had done. When the house was completed, we were quite impressed. It was as we had expected and more”, Khun Sudjai said.
Though the house is not very large, but a perfect fit for the needs of Khun Sudjai’s family. Every house has its own identity, so does this one which can reflect the taste of the owners in many aspects. All of these make the home an area of happiness forever.

The other zone is in the front where conveyor belt system is used to serve food just like in Japanese restaurant but what we pick are colourful noodle rolls instead of sushi. We can say that “Good space” is an option for renting an office, for young people who looking for anywhere that can inspire them while working. There are numerous drink shops or cafe‘s to choose from nowadays. In this volume, Baan Sukjai magazine would like to introduce a new landmark cafe around Rangsit with a prominent atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in the midst of nature. You can sit comfortably around the vegetable beds outside or take selfies in the corner.
Green Table Farm & cafe is a newly opened coffee shop situated in Soi Phahonyothin 92, just opposite Muang Ake village and Rangsit University. The shop is prominent both in style and atmosphere. It is divided into two zones indoor and outdoor. The indoor zone is designed and decorated in an industrial loft style. The main materials used inside are of steel and wood. The ceilings are decorated with stylish lamps and fresh green cactus and other plants are added features. The outdoor zone is where you can feel the freshness of nature with many different ornamental plants. It is a relaxing spot for late afternoon dining. One of the most interesting things in the outdoor zone is the hydroponic vegetable beds where fresh vegetables and herbs are picked and added to the various dishes.

There is also tea, coffee, juice and Italian soda which compliments the many kinds of food found on the Green Table Farm & cafe‘s excellent menu.

The rumour of the beauty of the gleaming tree at Wat Phu Prao or formally called “Wat Sirindhorn Wararam Phu Prao” where artwork is used to create amazing beauty that many people can behold with their own eyes is amazingly true.
Wat Sirindhorn Wararam Phu Prao or also known as “TheGleaming Temple” is a temple located on a hill in Sirinthon district, Ubon Ratchathani. The temple resembles the environment of Wat Pa Himmavant or, Mount Kailash. A beautiful chapel is also situated on the top of the hill. The chapel is derived from the original design of Wat Chiang Thong, but is slightly larger. The columns outside were carved with the pattern of the lotus flower and animals which represent the moral precept of the four varieties of the lotus. The craftsmanship is truly exquisite and meticulous. The principal Buddha statue located in the chapel is newly designed and the Ketumala, or the cover on the head of the statue, is removed and a Bodhi tree is carved behind it. It gleams beautifully in the evening.
The most attractive feature of Wat “Sirindhorn Wararam Phu Prao” is to behold the magical Kalapapruek tree the painting that glows behind the chapel. The artwork was designed by Khun Khanakon Parinyapunno. He used phosphors to paint the tree and the substances absorb the sun’s rays during the daytime and emit the gleaming rays at night. This allows the tree to shimmer and glint beautifully and magically in the dark thus attracting many visitors all year round.
The best time to behold the gleaming tree is between 15.00 to 20.00 hrs. If you have more time, it is recommended to arrive before sunset. There is also an outlook where you can view the beauty of Mekong River and beautiful scenery surrounding it. You can take photos in the flower garden while waiting to view the sun slowly setting in the late afternoon before watching the spectacular, glowing tree in the evening.
