Exclusive ll Series Material: The construction materials in this series offer heat insulation quality such as 10 cm. thick autoclaved concrete which keeps the house cool and lowers the electricity costs. Additionally, the bedrooms are equipped with the PD Fresh Airflow - air ventilation system, model Fresh II, which provides fresh air, prevents mold, and filters out PM 2.5 dust. The floors on both levels are made of 8 mm. thick laminated wood. This makes the home energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
