Are all located in the kitchenette / laundry room downstairs off the kids TV / bean bag room There is washing powder and a portable washing line.

Please note – there are two systems driving the six units Each unit can only provide hot or cold at any one time (ie can’t provide both hot and cold at the same time so each room connected to each system must be on the same setting.
System 1 = master bedroom plus downstairs TV room and bunk room
System 2 = two queen bedrooms plus upstairs attic bedroom
In addition to the 6 air con units there are also 3 electric coil heaters and 3 fans around the house to help with climate control

The driveway spotlight is automatic but can also be turned on from the switch by the main front window. There is a light switch by the back bedroom on the main floor for the lights down to the pool and another switch outside down near the top of the gate leading down the stairs to the pool
K I T C H E N
All cupboards are labelled to indicate content to make life a little easier. There is a Nespresso machine for your use in the main kitchen. Please wash out the milk frothier after every use or the milk will burn on the bottom. To use the oven, you need to set the timer first so hold down the two buttons noted in green below until the desired time is shown Then simply turn nobs to the required temperature and oven setting For standard 180 degrees fan bake usage set the dials as shown below on the right.
