All dirty cutlery and crockery must be cleaned or placed in the dishwasher with the dishwasher on
Air conditioning and fans must be switched off, blinds shut, with all doors and windows shut and locked

Please ensure that all bins are placed on the curbside upon your departure as well as every Sunday evening while in residence for council collection
Please place garbage in the correct bins, see below:

All garbage should be removed from the house before departure. Excess garbage will incur an additional charge.
