• With four other team members, analyzed previous instructional content, developed learning objectives and a learner profile, created multiple prototypes to receive client feedback, and completed a formative evaluation.
• Used Cognitive Construction, Gagne’s Nine Events of Learning, Mayer’s 12 Principles, and Jakob’s 10 Usability Heuristics to guide decision-making.
