I am honored, humbled, grateful and excited to be elected to serve a third two-year term on the Sun City Aliante Board of Directors, and to continue to serve as the Treasurer My pledge to you is to follow the s t a t u t e s a n d g o v e r n i n g d o c u m e n t s i n m a k i n g informed decisions that are in the best interest of Sun City Aliante Homeowners Association. I thank you for your trust and confidence in me.

My years living in Sun City Aliante have shown that our Community Spirit is high. A strong community association takes a team to be successful. We have many volunteers who serve on our Board of Directors and our committees, patrol our streets, participate in Neighborhood Watch, and serve as officers for our clubs. Our residents consistently enjoy the amenities and events that we offer. We are all very fortunate to have such a thriving and giving community

The Community Managers work with the Board of Directors, Administrative Staff, Maintenance crew, our vendors, and many other professionals. Your Board of Directors and our Community Manager, Damian Carrasco, and our Assistant Community Manager, Nelenie Hernandez, all work together to help protect homeowners' property values and enhance the quality of life for our residents. We work as a team to build economic value and to increase community spirit and foster a sense of “Home.”

Our Lifestyle Director, Debbie Kent, leads our Administrative staff and arranges for star-studded and exciting events for us. Our Breeze publication is top-notch, thanks to the hard work of Trish Williamson, Editor The Administrative staff are indeed the face of Sun City Aliante. They meet and greet all who enter, handle reservations and registrations, and have many other important duties. The Maintenance team, led by Juan Macias, Facilities Manager, is the unseen backbone of meetings and events at our Community Center Every time you enter the Center and one of our many rooms, the Maintenance team has already cleaned and set up the room, coordinated temperature, sound system, AV equipment and seating arrangements. Our Community Center is always sparkling clean, visually pleasant, and all who enter are greeted with a smiling face and welcoming greeting.

The recent Spring Fling event brought neighbors together to meet new people, connect with friends, and celebrate the joys of living in Sun City Aliante. Our community is great because we cultivate a true sense of community and promote active homeowner involvement. Sun City Aliante is “Home” to our residents, staff and volunteers.

Respectfully,

Nancy Prince Treasurer, Sun City Aliante Board of Directors
