BOARD MEMBERS LIAISONS TO COMMITTEES

SUN CITY ALIANTE HOA ASSESSMENT FOR THE 2023-2024 BUDGET YEAR

We are pleased to inform you that Sun City Aliante President of the Board of Directors, Warren Geller, announced the Board Liaisons for the seven Sun City Aliante Committees. Congratulations to the following members of the Board of Directors who were reassigned to their current positions on June 14, 2023:

Mark Towers Architectural Review Committee

Debbie Matthews Property & Grounds Committee

Sonja Cullen-Bankston Lifestyle Committee

Mark Smith Covenants Committee

Ed Ernest Communications Committee

Nancy Prince Finance Committee

Warren Geller Patrol Committee

As recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, the 2023-2024 Budget was ratified at the June 14 Annual Budget Ratification Meeting The new budget included a quarterly assessment increase of $30, from $210 to $240. The new quarterly assessment amount is effective on July 1, 2023.

As there are no other changes (i.e. account number or payment location), the only adjustment you need to make is the amount. A total of $240 is due on the 1st of July, October, January and April.

If you normally receive a coupon book, please look for the new book the week of June 19. If you have set up a monthly automatic debit to your bank account, please make sure that you change it to the new amount.
