สรุปผลกาวหนาทั้งหมด Summary ในชว งเดือนที่ผานมา แมจะมีเหตุ ก ารณ ค วามไม ส งบเกิ ดขึ้ น ทั้ ง ในกรุ ง เทพและหั ว เมื อ งสํ า คั ญ ๆ ต า งๆ แต ท างโครงการ ก็ยังคงเดินหนาการกอสรางอยางต อ เนื่ อ ง โดยในขณะนี้ ได ดําเนินงานกอสรางโครงสรางหลักคืบหนามาถึงชั้นที่ 22 แลว ในขณะเดี ย วกั น ส ว นที่ เ ป น พื้ น ที่ ข องชั้ น ที่ พั ก อาศั ย ตั้ ง แต ชั้ น ที่ 8 ถึงชั้นที่ 10 ไดดําเนินการกออิฐฉาบปูนผนังเสร็จเปนที่ เรียบรอยแลวและกําลังอยูในระหวางการดําเนินงานในชั้นที่ 15 ตอไป ในสวนของงานสถาปตยกรรม และงานระบบไดเริ่มเขาดําเนินการ แลวควบคูไปกับงานฝาและงานผนังในพื้นที่ของชั้นพักอาศัย ภายในเดือนมิถุนายนนี้ งานโครงสรางนาจะแลวเสร็จถึงชั้นที่ 25 ซึ่งลูกคาทุกทานสามารถมองเห็นความคืบหนาของโครงสราง อาคารไดอยางชัดเจนจากระยะไกล เนื่องจากทางโครงการจะมี ตัวเลขแสดงลําดับชั้นของโครงสรางอาคารกํากับไวบริเวณดาน ขางอาคาร สวนงานสถาปตยกรรมและงานระบบตางๆ ก็จะดําเนิน การใหสอดคลอง และควบคูไปกับงานโครงสรางอยางตอเนื่อง
Despise of the political unrest in Bangkok and in major cities, our project is continuously moving forward. Now, the construction work has reached 22th floor. Masonry walls were fully constructed in the living area on 8th - 10th floors. And 15th floors are in the process. We started the architecture and system work together with wall and ceiling construction in the living area. We expected to reach 25th floor by this June. At that time, our customers will be able to see the structure progress clearly from a distance. Our project has prepared the figures indicate the construction progress floors at the building’s sidewall. And, we will continue the architecture and system work consistent with the construction work.

Art Cafe is a soft restaurant in Pattaya that is designed with different style from other restaurants. It is a good combination of art, trees and food.
