Wide Lens, Deep Focus • Strengthen Global Scholars Program as a signature program at Park Tudor. • Explore the creation of additional exceptional programs in all divisions. • Create “Portrait of a Park Tudor Graduate.”

Empowering Today’s Learner for Tomorrow’s World • Focus on developing a learnercentered academic program K-12 built around a core of 21st Century Skills. • Explore opportunities afforded by Mastery Transcript to move PT assessment towards student mastery. • Evaluate IT and network needs to remain on top of key trends. • Build and staff innovative “Maker Spaces” or “Fabrication Labs.” • Attract and retain the very best faculty and staff.

Tell the World Our Story •D evelop a comprehensive brand and communications strategy to articulate the value of a Park Tudor education, and the importance of the school in Indianapolis.

Learn from Wisdom Within • Continue to benchmark faculty benefits and compensation so that Park Tudor attracts and retains exceptional educators.

Doing More With Less • Reduce overall endowment draw to a sustainable level. • Develop a multi-year financial model for the school to enhance planning and estimate the longterm budgetary impact of major institutional decisions.

Lining Up Our Priorities • Retain a firm to refresh the master plan, including architect’s renderings, scope and cost estimates. • Develop a menu of gift opportunities, and a solicitation plan, to fund infrastructure and other improvements in campus facilities as part of the quiet phase of a Capital Campaign. • Plan and execute a comprehensive Capital Campaign that funds priorities. • Design a campaign plan that is flexible enough to quickly respond to the current interests of major donors and allows for major improvements in facilities to begin in the very near future. •C reate a comprehensive risk assessment plan.


Community

Driven by Character • Communicate our shared values and expectations as a community and incorporate core value conversations into the curriculum. • D evelop a sequential plan for supporting the work of equity and inclusion education for faculty, administration, students and families.

Parents, Students, Faculty – Allies in Education • Refine our support for the development of students’ social, psychological, emotional and physical well-being. • Evaluate methods of communication to parents and students emphasizing progress and growth.

Learning to Serve; Serving to Learn • Develop deeper community partnerships to allow for meaningful opportunities to engage in service learning projects. • Further develop and put into action the model of “Community Engaged Learning.”


A View of the World • Review current curricular and language offerings to promote cross-cultural experiences and global literacy.

Staying in Touch • Connect students with alumni and parents to promote experience in the workplace. • Form relationships with local businesses, colleges and other organizations to encourage practical experiences in the community for students. • Develop a collection of Park Tudor stories capturing the impact of a Park Tudor education.

A Strong Connection • Formalize the process of transition from one division to another articulating our support for these transitions. • In conjunction with the master plan, expand common spaces to allow for more organic sharing of experiences.
