Within the project is planned revitalization of fortifications, understood as the minimum restoration work and adaptation in the field of masonry structures, earthen structures and greenery, enabling the safe, attractive and appropriate in terms of education tour of the facilities. The aim of the works is making available and exposure the remains of forts, batteries, trenches and the relics of field fortifications as terrain attractions, in standard so-called "safe actions", that does not close opportunities for possible future research work or adaptation. The conducted works relate primarily to control greenery, stabilization of earthen structures, making the protections of dangerous fragments of ruins using the engineering elements, the introduction of barriers, information boards and signposts. Revitalization of the communication network of the fortress and defensive structures of the foreland is carried out in connection with the most important battle fields. The purpose of the works is to make available for tourist traffic not only single individual defensive structures, but the whole defensive complexes. Treatments of reconstruction concern restoration in selected locations the greenery which was used for masking the military roads. The works are also connected with communication hiking routes, natural and historical educational paths which are aimed at the integrated cultural and ecological education. Car parks and staging points are as well the elements of the project. The project also provides revitalization of the complexes of barracks and manor houses
