The top 10% of the county level market using MLS listings within the past 12 months.
The absolute minimum luxury threshold is $700,000.
Regional leadership may accept the top 10% as their luxury threshold or they may choose to increase the minimum price point to meet the local market. They may not lower the baseline nor allow the baseline to fall below $700,000.
For example, the top 10% of the market in Austin, TX is $1.25Madjusted to $1M - which is above the $700,000 minimum threshold. If the county falls below $700,000, the standard will automatically default to $700,000.
KW Luxury communities are curated at a local level.
An agent can earn-into the luxury community by meeting the production standards that satisfy the luxury threshold set by your regional and local leadership. Please reach out to your local market center leadership to confirm these standards.
Typical consideration for the KW Luxury earn-in community requires agents to close a minimum of four (4) luxury qualified transactions in 24 months.
Agents automatically drop out of the earn-in model if they do not meet the earn-in qualifications.
Luxury eligibility is based on the individual. For a team to qualify, each team member would have to qualify individually. If all production is run under the rainmaker, MC leadership can request an exception for any agents that do qualify based on their own production.
