“What’s Next for Palm Beach Real Estate?”

Palm Beach County’s Finest vs. Inventory Levels

Most home prices appear to be settling around current elevated prices, drastically lower than the peaks during 2021 and 2022, yet 60-80% above mid-2020 numbers.

One key exception to that are the homes being purchased by the wealthiest families and individuals. While those prices peaked at the highest prices and then fell the most, they are currently showing a nearly vertical rise from the mid-December low, in both median list prices and median sale prices.

With such divergence across communities, clients seeking to make a move in the first half of 2023, need to be working closely with a real estate advisor that understands the metrics specific to their needs.
