The Pavilion at Painted Dunes Host a stylish reception with the latest outdoor trend. Our pavilion provides shelter from the elements but still holds a very real outdoor feel with a backdrop of rolling green grass nestled into the natural desert habitat and the majestic mountains in the background. A blank slate to accommodate theme & colors for your special day. The pavilion can hold up to 400 guests with a dance floor. With over 6,000 square feet the venue is sure to hold all your family & friends.

General Information To Confirm Your Date
In order to confirm your date with Painted Dunes, we simply ask for an initial deposit and signed contract. All dates are given a two week courtesy hold after which time the date is released if no deposit has been made. All weddings require a $500 deposit to hold the date. The deposit does go toward your final bill, but is non-refundable.
Payment Options Here at Painted Dunes we want to make your wedding experience seamless and easy. Our monthly payment plan allows you to slowly pay for your wedding. The monthly payment is calculated by your total estimated costs divide by the remaining months you have up to your wedding. Please understand that costs do change according to the individuals wedding needs. We will walk you through the payment process and final guarantees during the contract stage.
Food and Beverage All alcoholic beverages will be provided by Painted Dunes Golf Course per TABC regulation. NO outside alcohol is allowed. If alcohol of any type is brought onto the premises, by law we must confiscate said alcohol. All food will be provided by Painted Dunes Golf Course.
