General Information

To Confirm Your Date

In order to confirm your date with Painted Dunes, we simply ask for an initial deposit & signed contract. All dates are given a two week courtesy hold after which time the date is released if no deposit has been made. All weddings require a $500 deposit to hold the date. The deposit does go toward your final bill, but is non refundable. All accounts are subject to Servers Charge and Tax Charge.

Payment Options

Here at Painted Dunes we want to make your wedding experience seamless & easy. Our monthly payment plan allows you to slowly pay for your wedding. The monthly payment is calculated by your total estimated costs divide by the remaining months you have up to your wedding. Please understand that costs do change according to the individuals wedding needs. We will walk you through the payment process & final guarantees during the contract stage.

Food & Beverage

All alcoholic beverages will be provided by Painted Dunes Golf Course per TABC regulation. NO outside alcohol is allowed. If alcohol of any type is brought onto the premises, by law we must confiscate said alcohol. There is a $250 Fee if you choose to not use our menu & bring an outside vendor.
