PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sarah began her banking career in 2006 at Union Bank in San Diego, CA, where she participated in a comprehensive year-long, industry-leading training program. This program encompassed classroom instruction, rotations across various banking branches, and extensive hands-on experience in retail banking. After gaining valuable experience in retail banking, she transitioned to become a Relationship Manager for Private Banking. In this role, she oversaw clients' financial requirements, handling aspects like deposit management, lending, treasury management, and investments. Her dedication to professional development was evident through certifications in obtaining Series 6, 63, and California Life Insurance designation, further enhancing her expertise in financial services.
In 2011, Sarah made a transition into Commercial Banking at a national bank, expanding her knowledge and skills within the financial industry. This transition set the stage for her to join Paducah Bank in 2016 as a Commercial Relationship Manager where she continued to excel in strategic lending solutions across many industries and types of loans for business clients, emphasizing a client-first approach to foster long-lasting relationships in the commercial sector. In 2022, promoted to her current role, Sarah serves as the leader of the Commercial and Private Wealth Relationship Management team in Paducah. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of relationship management, encompassing both commercial and consumer lending as well as treasury management sales solutions. Through her guidance and strategic vision, she ensures that her teammates consistently deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations, positioning Paducah Bank as a trusted partner in their financial journey and building lifelong relationships.

PERSONAL LIFE
Sarah is married to Chris, and they have a new baby, Isaac and a college student, Megan who attends Murray State University. Sarah grew up in Paducah attending Lone Oak High School. She excelled in tennis winning State Singles Championship in 2000 and 2001. She attended Auburn University on a full athletic scholarship. Sarah moved to San Diego after college and back to Paducah to be closer to her family and continue her banking career in 2011. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
