Our automated WOW Info Line is a great source for account inquiries and assistance. You can get information on your balance, the last six checks paid, the last six deposits, and the last six electronic withdrawals. Call 270.575.6677.
Our Online and Mobile Banking platforms provide the ability to manage your accounts, pay bills, and transfer funds.
With our Snap Deposit feature, you can deposit checks anytime and anywhere with your mobile phone by taking a photo using our mobile banking app. Simply select the "deposit checks" button that can be accessed from the menu at the bottom left of the screen. Once selected, choose "make a deposit," snap a picture of the front and back of your check, enter the amount, and choose which account you want to deposit into. Be sure to include "for mobile deposit only at Paducah Bank" on the back of your check. The service is free for all consumer account types.
Any mobile or drop box deposits made on Saturday, May 20, will not be available until Monday, May 22.
