Summer Institutes conferences have an engaging community atmosphere where you will learn and be inspired by speakers, have opportunities to network with fellow educators and spend valuable time remembering why you teach. Each conference focuses on several topics that are relevant to educators. When your conference concludes, your attendance automatically makes you eligible to join the Summer Institutes Alumni Network, which works to expand ideas and career opportunities.

Due to the shelter-in-place mandates across the country, virtual conferences will take place in California and Michigan in 2020. Visit Summer Institutes' website for a full conference schedule. Conference topics may include: conflict management, child and adolescent development, problem-solving and anger management, roles and values clarification, positive reinforcement techniques, coping and resiliency, games for self-esteem, health and wellness, constructivism, developing self-discipline in at-risk youth, teaching students with multiple intelligences and core curriculum subjects.
