Raising the Standard of Clinical Excellence

As the dental industry continues to evolve, PDS-supported clinicians are focused on elevating the quality of oral health care provided to patients. This starts with clinical leadership. In December 2021, regional clinical partners were identified to partner with regional partners in leading their respective regions in clinical excellence, advancing the PDS platform, implementing proven technologies, and the recruiting and development of new and potential owner doctors. In addition, this key clinical role will work directly with our National Clinical Council, formed to define, execute and scale standards and best practices that achieve clinical excellence and best possible health outcomes.

Over the past year, these clinical leaders have shared their structure and best practices to support new owner dentists and future potential partner success.

One example to support mastering the fundamentals is the Future Potential Partners (FPP) boot camp. Over 200 FPPs attended the boot camp since its inception in June 2022. Originating in the South Florida market with Minh Pham, DDS, the key to the success of these programs is operational support and role play. The partnership between clinical and operations support is key.

As we continue to focus on the success of today with our eye on tomorrow, clinical leadership is committed to leading by example and supporting the future success and clinical excellence of all PDS-supported clinicians.
