Designated by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1979, this house also has the honour of being listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1982.

The magnificent details begin at the arched entrance hall with its high, rose medallion ceiling, crowned with an antique crystal chandelier.
