Michael Jansen is the chairman and chief executive officer of Cityzenith (formerly Screampoint), a Sequoia-Capital backed, global leading software technology firm dedicated to making city data easier to access, analyze, use, monetize and share. He speaks four languages; was educated at Yale and Cambridge; earned a Fulbright Scholarship; studied art and architecture in China and India; has traveled to more than 80 countries; designs high-end, exotic furniture and is an avid guitar player. Jansen is a sought after AEC and Smart City industry leader and public speaker with numerous awards and accolades to his credit, and has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and myriads of business, technology and AEC publications worldwide, including Architectural Record, ENR, Business Week, Domus, Contract Magazine, et. al. In 2007, Jansen was awarded Building Design + Construction Magazine's prestigious 40 Under 40 award honoring top CEOs in the AEC industry under the age of 40. Previously in 2004, Jansen founded and led Satellier, a CAD and BIM workshare solution provider to AEC firms, real estate companies and city governments. Satellier is today a 200-person strong professional services company, serving nearly half of the world’s top AEC firms. Ajit Jaokar is the founder of the London based research company Futuretext, which specializes in identifying and researching crossdomain technology trends. In 2009, Jaokar was nominated to the World Economic Forum’s ‘Future of the Internet’ council. In 2011, he was nominated to the World Smart Capital program (Amsterdam) and in 2012 to the advisory board of the Liverpool Smart City program. Jaokar moderates/chairs Oxford University’s Next Generation Mobile Applications Panel and conducts courses at Oxford, mainly in the next generation telecoms trends. His consulting activities include working with companies to define value propositions across the ‘converged stack’. Jaokar has worked with a range of commercial and government organizations including in strategic and visionary roles. Since May 2005, he has founded and run the OpenGardens blog which is widely respected in the mobile/telecoms industry.

Øystein Johnsen Chief Creative Officer Abilia

Øystein Johnsen is the co-inventor of Rolltalk, an aid for severely disabled people with speech impairment. He co-founded the companies IGEL Data and IGEL Kompaniet. Johnsen was awarded with the innovation prize by the Norwegian Research Council for the work with Rolltalk (together with his two co-founders). He was part of a team at Brown University in Boston that was able to drive a wheelchair directly from a computer interface implanted in a human brain. Johnsen received the award for Most Innovative Company from the Norwegian Research Council on behalf of Abilia, for the work on Rolltalk and user involvement in the development process. He took part in the invention of the Memoplanner; a cognitive aid for elderly which is the main unit in the Abilia Senior concept. In April 2012, Abilia received an award together with Vågå municipality for the contribution to the quality of life through support for assisted living with Memoplanner
