Cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as reccomended by the Canadian Blonde d’Aquitaine Association.The terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding on both parties. Animals resold following purchase in the sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected, there for are not covered by the term and conditions of this sale.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over printed material in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.

BIDDING

Animals will be sold singly or in lots to the highest bidder. Bidding will be carried out in CDN dollars.

AUCTION

The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters will be final. The auctioneer will have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made proper credit clearance prior to the sale with D.H. Hickson LTD.

TERMS

The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable sale day unless prior arrangements have been made (all funds in CDN). The right of property shall not pass until after full settlement is made. D.H Hickson Ltd. reserves the right to re-sell the animal should settlement not be made.

The bidding will then be reopened until there are no further bids, for more than $50.
