I am always looking to hire entry level management grads, especially from the place I learned everything, SLU COB!

Madison Smith (Bus Admin, 2018) - Project Manager: I have worked for Republic Finance (whom I met at CoB’s Biz Connect!) for 5 years now! I started as an assistant branch manager then moved to Training Specialist and now Project Manager (which has been my end goal since 2018) I manage multiple projects related to business growth and continuity I manage large, diverse groups and lead communications throughout multiple projects I also serve on our Employee Engagement Committee and assist in building team morale and coordinating fun company events!

Gabrielle Sharp (MGMT - HR, 2019) - HR Advisor at Valero in Norco, LA: I loved my time at Southeastern and always encourage students to attend I loved how I really got to know my teachers during my junior and senior year on a personal level I felt like I mattered to them After graduating in 2019, I interned at Turner Industries in HR Then, I worked at Great American RV Superstores as their Payroll Admin/ Corporate Recruiter followed by an HR Coordinator role at Ross and Wallace Paper Products where I was the only HR representative In February 2023 I began as HR Advisor at Valero I can gladly say I am blessed with my current career and would not change a thing!

Matlin Amphion Doussan (ACCT & MBA, 2019) - Senior Accountant: After graduating with my MBA, I started working as an AR specialist then moved to a staff accountant when the position opened up I had our first daughter in 2020 My husband and I moved to South Carolina in 2021 after he lost his job due to Covid I was recently promoted to senior accountant at my job and found out were having baby girl #2 later this year

I spend everyday helping people on their worst day imaginable I use the knowledge I have gained from southeastern everyday, and I cant wait to see where this career takes me!
