SMAKU INTRODUCES LOCAL TASTES OF PORVOO Smaku is a food festival organised in the city of Porvoo, east of Helsinki. At Smaku you can taste signature dishes from different local restaurants in the form of small treats. Each restaurant creates a tasting version of at least one appetiser, main course or dessert, and visitors can vote for the best dish.
