Randy Solansky, Conference Equipment Manager

Randy Solansky is in his first year as the Director of Bands at Joseph Lane Middle School, having previously taught band and choir at Douglas High School in Winston, Oregon Mr Solansky is a graduate of Oregon State University, where he was a graduate teaching assistant to Dr. Chris Chapman and the OSU Wind Ensemble Currently, Randy plays clarinet in the Roseburg Community Band and teaches at the Twin Rocks Summer Band Camp

Mary Ann Vidourek, 2017 OMEA Housing Manager

Mary Ann is a retired music educator. She taught K-12 music in John Day, Oregon for 24 years, and now enjoys substituting in Central Oregon schools . Mary Ann has been a member of the OMEA board for over ten years where she has served as the Small Schools Chair, District 6 Chair, and the OMEA Conference Housing Chair. She has also chaperoned the Oregon Ambassadors of Music on several tours of Europe and been a staff member for the Western International Band Clinic

Jennifer Bell, Transportation Manager

Jennifer Bell is the Director of Bands at McNary High School Prior to teaching in Salem she taught in Grants Pass at North Middle School for one year Karl Raschkes recruited Jennifer to be the Director of Bands at Claggett Creek Middle School . In 2011 she was asked to join the McNary Fine Arts team and served as the Director of Bands at both Claggett Creek Middle School and McNary High School . Now she teaches full time at McNary High School and conducts the Marching Band, Basketball Band, Percussion Ensemble, Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble Jennifer graduated from University of Oregon in 2001 with a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Music Education in 2006 She has been nominated for Music Educator of the Year by the Oregon Symphony Association in Salem in 2005, 2006, and 2008 and 2014 She is a member of Phi Beta Mu International Band Director Honorary Fraternity, OBDA, OMEA and NAfME
