Meet Our New Recruiting Consultant—Taylor Bartholomew Hi All, I am so excited for the opportunity to join Colonial Life and more importantly this team! Here is a little background about me.

I was raised in S.E Portland, where I learned to love the outdoors, and where I found my passion for people. I grew up biking, hiking, and kayaking.

When choosing what schools to go to for my undergrad I was torn between OSU and University of Utah. With some bribery from my extended family I ended up at the University of Utah, where I had the pleasure of being an Alpha Chi Omega, an Orientation Leader, and other roles while I was on campus.

During this time I started my career in Retail at Banana Republic. I served in many different roles as an Assistant Manager; my favorite being the hiring and training manager. This actually lead me to my next role in HealthCare staffing with CompHealth. I was able to staff Lab Professionals across the country. This was my first official role as a recruiter, and I absolutely fell in love with it. The opportunity to meet people from across the country, and connect them with positions that fit their needs brought me so much joy!

In my free time you can find me trying to pick up a new hobby. My friends joke that I am moderately good at most activities. These include hiking, biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, and target shooting. I recently picked up golf, and as I like to say, I am a bad golfer, but a very fun person.
