GATHR ENHANCEMENTS: IMPROVED INCIDENT TICKET AND SUPPORT CHAT

A Gathr enhancement is scheduled for June 1 to simplify the ChangeGear incident ticket process through the Self-Service Portal. Instead of selecting “Integrations” for the issue, you'll be able to select “Gathr” in the drop-down box.

The June update will also reduce the number of required fields on the form to make ticket submission faster. All tickets submitted through the Self-Service Portal will automatically route to the Gathr support team.

GATHR SUPPORT CHAT IS NOW LIVE

Additional Gathr Support is now available through chat on the Gathr platform. Integrated into Gathr and located at the bottom right of the screen, the chat icon will connect you directly to our Gathr support team to assist you with quick questions as you're using the system.

We still recommend calling VB Tech Support if you're experiencing enrollment errors (1-800-438-6423, option 2, then option 5, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET) or searching the ChangeGear Knowledge Base for case build articles.
