Doubled payout at $20k+ levels of writing level NEW REP BONUS Market-vertical initiative Double case count toward NEW ACCOUNT BONUSES (QTD & YTD)  100% OF CASE COUNT ROLE MUST BE CODED TO SINGLE INDIVIDUAL TO QUALIFY FOR DOUBLE CREDIT.  DOUBLE CASE COUNT CREDIT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARD MAX RATE QUALIFIER OF 15 CASES WITH $1M IN NEW SALES. 15 STANDARD CASE COUNTS ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE MAX RATE IF REP HAS $1M IN NEW SALES.  Applies to accounts that fall in the following SIC code ranges: Manufacturing – 2011-3999 Wholesale Trade – 5011-5199 Construction (General & Specific Trade) – 1521-1799 Grocery Stores – 5411 & 5421 Unreworked accounts 2+ years
