July 27, 2022 Q4 is right around the corner. Will you be ready? Meet now with a Regional Enrollment Consultant (REC). Here’s what you need to know, so you’ll be prepared. •
Openers can connect with an REC for a consult on any case size enrollment.
•
Benefits Counselors can reach out to an REC at anytime for additional enrollment opportunities, discussion on the importance of being able to do different enrollment methods, and coaching on ways to improve their numbers.
•
Coordinators can contact an REC at any time to discuss the best way to staff an enrollment when running into benefits counselor shortages, and they can provide referrals to benefits counselors nationwide based on the different skill sets required.
•
Districts can have an REC join any of your District planning sessions to discuss your block of business specifically, and go over your benefits counselors, including their capabilities/statistics.
•
An REC should be invited to any calls/meetings for large cases (500+) once you are working with a Client Consultant/Implementation manager as they cannot only consult on the case, but they also can assist in managing/staffing the entire case. That way the Opener and Coordinator can be focusing on other cases, all while knowing you have a dedicated home office employee to ensure all expectations are met for these enrollments.
