We are first home buyers embarking on our first home construction in Australia. After careful deliberation, we have chosen Orbit Homes to be our builder. We are currently at the preconstruction phase. Our experience so far has been excellent. James at Orbit Homes Leopold display centre has been very helpful in identifying multiple suitable lots and taking us through the available plans, including a fair overview of site costs, inclusions, financial implications as well as pros and cons of various options.

As soon as we walked into the Daintree 28, we knew we wanted to build this gorgeous home. The experience so far has been great. Orbit Homes has allowed us to make changes to the floor plan to suit our needs, we had great guidance on internal colour choices. Our CSO, Carnita has been amazing too! We are very excited to start building next month and look forward to seeing our forever home come to life!

From the beginning to the end Orbit Homes have been amazing at helping us create our dream home. The design studio is beautiful and has so many options to choose from, going in with some colour scheme ideas really helped us make the day run smoothly. We have now been living in our new home for 6 months and cannot complain about anything! The finishes are immaculate with quality products used.
