A NOTE FROM DR. JACK PREUS
For more than 50 years, Orange Lutheran High School has provided exceptional academic programs alongside vibrant co-curricular opportunities—all with the purpose of helping students and families know the Gospel message found only in Jesus Christ. This mission shapes all that we do and continues to guide our vision for the future. We invite you to join us on that journey.
At Orange Lutheran, our foundation is built on a deep understanding, belief, and experience of Biblical truth. This commitment shapes every relationship you will form during your time at OLu and is the cornerstone of our vision: to be a premier, college preparatory Christian high school. Our dedication to living out this truth guides us across all our campuses, the Main Campus, North Campus, Lancer Ice Academy, and the Thrift Shop. We offer compelling courses, innovative labs, dedicated teachers, and strong athletics. You’ll have opportunities to explore the arts, participate in mission trips, and study abroad. With flexible learning paths—full-time on campus, blended, or fully online—there’s a place for every student. No matter your background or learning format, our community is rooted in Biblical truth and filled with joy, ready to welcome you with open arms.
I warmly invite you to become part of the Orange Lutheran family. The abundant joy we find in Christ gives us strength, and together we’ll walk forward, preparing the next generation for all that life may bring.
To God be the Glory!
Blessings,
Jack Preus, Ed.D Head of School
Our mission is to help students internalize the Gospel message of salvation in Christ Jesus.
We do this by fostering a safe, nurturing environment where all learners can thrive as they discover and develop their unique gifts, talents, and passions.
Because of the identity we have in Christ and as faithful stewards of the educational ministry God has called us to, we have chosen our Core Values to guide our plans, actions, and decision-making process (Titus 3:5-8, 1 Peter 4:10, Philippians 2:1-4):
FOSTERING A SPACE WHERE LEARNERS CAN THRIVE
Orange Lutheran’s renowned educators elevate the educational experience by fostering a mindset of discovery, growth, persistence, and resilience in all learners.
ELEVATING THE ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
Consistent with Biblical Truth, our academic program integrates faith and learning while challenging and supporting all learners according to their unique abilities and interests.
Faculty members are innovative and challenging as well as warm, friendly, and supportive. In the classroom, students work collaboratively and independently to dig into course content and become lifelong learners.
