TERMO DE RESPONSBILIDADE
STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
Eu, abaixo identificado, tendo sido a mim concedido o Visto Humanitário, nos termos da Portaria MRE 24/2021, do Governo Federal do Brasil, declaro ter tomado ciência, no momento de minha chegada ao Brasil, do conjunto de ações e serviços detalhado no “Plano de Acolhida”, oferecidos pela PANAHGAH, responsável pelo meu acolhimento, ao qual declaro completo conhecimento e concordância. Tenho ciência de que poderei, a qualquer momento, por livre expressão da minha vontade, abandonar tal programa, bem como dele ser excluido como reflexo de ações contrárias ao que nele se determina, ou se forem comprovadas como não verdadeiras as informações e documentos apresentados, bem como a omissão de fatos relevantes.
I, identified below, having been granted the Humanitarian Visa, under the terms of Ordinance MRE 24/2021, of the Federal Government of Brazil, declare that I became aware, upon my arrival in Brazil, of the set of actions and services detailed in the “Reception Plan”, offered by PANAHGAH the organization responsible for my reception, to which I declare complete knowledge and agreement. I am aware that I may, at any time, by free expression of my will, abandon such program, as well as be excluded from it as a reflection of actions contrary to what is determined therein, or if the information is proven not to be true, and documents presented, as well as the omission of material facts.
Declaro também que: a) Reconheço a temporariedade do visto humanitário e da condição de refugiado ou residente a ser declarada pelo Brasil, a qual subsistirá enquanto perdurem as condições que a determinaram, sendo passível de revisão a qualquer tempo, inclusive por descumprimento das suas normas; b) Obrigo-me, igualmente, a respeitar a legislação brasileira, submetendo-me às leis civis e penais do Brasil e comprometo-me a respeitá-las e fazer cumpri-las; c) Assumo o dever de colaborar com a PANAHGAH, com as autoridades brasileiras e com as agências humanitárias que prestam ajuda orientadora e assistencial aos estrangeiros acolhidos no Brasil; d) Em nenhum momento me senti coagido ou pressionado, ou recebi qualquer benefício para sair de meu país, vir ao Brasil ou para participar desse Plano de Acolhida; d) Obtive as informações necessárias, bem como esclarecimentos quanto as dúvidas por mim apresentadas. e) Não me foram prometidos empregos, cargos ou salários, casas, carros e bens materiais de qualquer ordem. f) O Plano de Acolhida consiste em ajuda para começar uma nova e digna vida, conquistada com trabalho justo e honesto. g) Declaro ainda, para os fins de direito que dou permissão à PANAHGAH para que tenha acesso aos meus documentos pessoais, informações públicas e dados sensíveis bem como compartilhar tais dados, sempre que necessário. h) Assumo as responsabilidades pelas consequências decorrentes de minha mudança, do choque cultural, da busca por emprego, da possiblidade de demora da validação do meu diploma, da probabilidade de enfrentar dificuldades com as diferenças de clima, idioma e desafios comuns a qualquer pessoa que muda de cultura e país. i) Comprometo-me a buscar toda ajuda que me tem sido oferecida pela PANAHGAH e me esforçar para adequar a elas, a fim de apressar o meu processo de aculturamento e acelerar a regulamentação dos meus documentos. j) Buscar ajuda de profissionais da área da saúde física e mental, principalmente neste momento de chegada, evitando as esperadas crises de depressão, a saudade de casa e sentimento de não pertencimento. k) Comprometo-me a comparecer sempre que convocado, bem como a frenquentar os cursos, palestras, aulas e capacitações oferecidos, ciente de que minha ausência resultará no descadastramento do Plano de Acolhida; l) Declaro, finalmente, que, com a ajuda de intérprete, entendi o conteúdo do presente Termo de Responsabilidade.
I also declare that: a) I recognize the temporary status of the humanitarian visa and the refugee or resident status to be declared by Brazil, which will last as long as the conditions that required its existence shall persist, while being subject to review at any time, including for non-compliance with its rules; b) I also oblige myself to respect Brazilian legislation, submitting myself to the civil and penal laws of Brazil and I undertake to respect them and enforce them; c) I assume the duty of collaborating with PANAHGAH, with the Brazilian authorities and with the humanitarian agencies that provide guidance and assistance to foreigners welcomed in Brazil; d) At no time did I feel coerced or pressured, or received any benefit to leave my country, come to Brazil or to participate in this Reception Plan; d) I obtained the necessary information, as well as clarifications regarding the doubts I presented. e) I was not promised jobs, positions or salaries, houses, cars or material goods of any kind. f) The Reception Plan consists of helping to start a new and dignified life, achieved through fair and honest work. g) I further declare, for legal purposes, that I give PANAHGAH permission to have access to my personal documents, public information and sensitive data as well as to share such data whenever necessary. h) I take responsibility for the consequences resulting from my move, the cultural shock, the search for a job, the possibility of delay in the validation of my diploma, the probability of facing difficulties with the differences in climate, language and challenges common to anyone who changes culture and country. i) I undertake to seek all the help offered to me by PANAHGAH and to make an effort to adapt to them, in order to hasten my cultural integration process and accelerate the regulation of my documents. j) I also declare to seek help from professionals in the area of physical and mental health, especially at this moment of arrival, avoiding the expected crises of depression, homesickness and a feeling of not belonging. k) I undertake to attend whenever called, as well as to attend the courses, lectures, classes and training offered, aware that my absence will result in the cancellation of the Reception Plan; l) I finally declare that, with the help of an interpreter, I have understood the content of this Disclaimer.
