This diabolical Risk Ray targets one of the Land’s greatest sources of kindness; nonprofits. It causes Panic over costs and turns them unkind. The Land will soon be under my rule. By increasing risk for nonprofits, anxiety increases. Then panic ensues and chaos reigns supreme!
