Munro Montanus is a registered physiotherapist and a member of the South African Society of physiotherapy. Over the years he developed a special interest and expertise in assessment, treatment and management of patients, as well as in exercise and rehabilitation programmes.

Renee Watson is the Director of Conscious Movement Education and Co-Founder of ‘The Source Cape Town,’ a Pilates, Hot Yoga Education Institute.
