GOALS:
• Provide the committee with a high-level overview of where the business of the program sits today. Both in terms of program changes, inventory, expansion of the relationship with Hendrick Companies.
• Provide a compelling showcase of new designs that lean heavily on the success of existing items but explore other avenues for complimentary styles to the existing line list.
• Clearly define the following as it relates to apparel:
• What is clear for adoption, based on committee feedback?
• What is required to be tested before adoption?
• What styles should be cut from consideration?

-11.9% YOY in purchase amounts and -13.71% YOY in inventory movement are both due in large part to the following factors:
• Reducing inventory position in previous outerwear styles. Discount Strategy and Depleting Position.
• Reduction in “Polo Blitz” ordering from 2024 as new Paxton was fully introduced during Spring of that year.
