To Assist You in Making Your Stay More Pleasant, Please Take the Time to Read the Following Information: Office Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, closed 1 hour for lunch. Check-Out: is 12 noon. Make arrangements with the office before 10:00 am if you are unable to leave by this time. Pets: ALL pets (cats included) must be on a physical leash, tied or fenced at all times. AN ELECTRONIC LEASH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Pets may not be tied to trees or anything other than your rig. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not leave pets unattended outside or leave pet food outside. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings. ONLY place that a leash is not required is in the Dog Run. We ask that all pets be up-to-date on core vaccinations. Friendly Hour/Social Hour: 4:00 pm in the Clubhouse, a time for socializing, greeting new arrivals, and announcements. Ice Cream Socials: Sundays at 4:00 pm. Incoming Mail: is to be sent to local post office: c/o your name, General Delivery, Hollister, MO 65673. Mail being forwarded by Escapees Mail Service may be delivered directly to the park. Outgoing Mail: May be placed in the mailbox at the entrance of the park. Phone Messages: Emergency messages will be delivered to your RV. Other messages will be posted on message boards outside office. Good Neighbor Policy: Please do not infringe on others by parking your vehicles on or walking through another site. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:30 am. Generator Hours: are to be used ONLY between the hours of 7:30 am to 9:00 am, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Trash: Please put trash in plastic bags and place them in dumpster. Laundry: is located on the end of the office building. To avoid injury to others, please do not attach clotheslines to anything other than your own rig. Emergency: Call 911 from a cell phone for fire, police, or medical emergencies. If you are unable to leave your rig, honk your horn and turn on your lights.
Internet: Modem connection in the Activity Center. Tengo Wi-Fi available at most sites and in the Activity Center. For billing or technical assistance please contact Tengo’s support line at 866-968-3646. Tengo Wi-Fi available for purchase. Sewer Connections: must be threaded connectors or rubber donut. ALL TOWED TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS: must have a vehicle capable of towing said unit out of the park throughout the rental period. All RVs must be registered. Oil Changes: Check with manager. Activities: The book and video library are in the Activity Center. Children: Age 15 or younger must be supervised by an adult. No Smoking Please: in any of the Park buildings. RVs: Must not be unattended more than 24 hours without management notification. Severe Weather: In case of impending severe weather, you may take shelter in the basement of the Rock House or the restrooms by the office. Weather information is available from local channels. Volunteers: Are the lifeblood of Escapees Rainbow Parks. Check the office for something you could do to help. Wildlife: Please do not leave trash or pet food out overnight. Raccoons and other unwelcome guests frequent the park. DO NOT FEED THE GEESE OR DUCKS. IT ENCOURAGES THEM TO STAY. No Wood Fires: Please use propane fire pits only. Everyone: Must obey all rules shown here as conveyed and established by Rainbow Park Management.
