GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY
CHECK IN - 12:00 pm • CHECK OUT - 11:00 am SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH - Be alert to children.
BICYCLES: PA State Law require children 12 and under to wear helmets while riding bikes. Electric bikes must obey the speed limit. You must have a drivers license to use an electic bike.
BICICLETAS: La ley del estado de PA requiere que niños de 12 años o menor utilizen cascos al andar en bicicletas. Las bicicletas deben respetar el limite de velocidad. Debes tener un Licencia de conducir para utilizar una bicicleta eléctrica.
CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
NIÑOS: Padres son responsables por sus hijos en todo momento.
CLOTHESLINES: Clotheslines must be confined to RVs, not hung on trees.
LINEAS DE ROPA: Líneas de ropa se limitaran a ser colgados de su RV, no en los árboles.
FIRES: Campfires must be confined to grills or fire rings. No open fires allowed.
FUEGO: Las fogatas se limitarán a las parrillas o anillos de fuego. No se permiten fuegos abiertos.
GOLF CARTS: Must be registered at the Welcome Center. Proof of insurance must be provided.
CARROS DE GOLF: Se deben registrar en el Centro de la Familia. Debe demostrar prueba de seguro.
GUESTS: All guests must pre-register at the Welcome Center. The daily guest fee is $10.00 per car.
INVITADOS: Todo invitado/huesped deben pre-registrarse en la estación de guardaparques (Welcome Center). La tarifa de invitado/huesped son $10.00 por vehículo.
MOPEDS & MOTORCYCLES: May only be used for entering and exiting the park.
MOTOCICLETAS Y CICLOMOTORES: Solo se podrán utilizarse para entrar y salir del parque.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash. Please bag and dispose of pet droppings. No pets in buildings, pool or spa areas.
MASCOTAS: Toda mascota debe estar en una correa de 10 pies. Favor de enbolsar y desechar los desperdicios de sus mascotas. No se aceptarán mascotas en edificios, zonas de piscina/alberca o spa.
NO SMOKING in any park buildings.
NO FUMAR en ninguno de los edificios del parque.
NO SWIMMING in river.
NO NADAR en el rio.
POOL: Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent at the pool.
PISCINA/ALBERCA: Niños de 14 años o menos deben ser acompañados por un padre en la piscina/alberca.
PARKING: Sites are limited to 2 vehicles. Additional cars must be registered and parked in a parking lot.
ESTACIONAMIENTO: Vehículos additionales deben de ser estacionados en la zona. (Límite 2)
QUIET TIME is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Children under 18 must be in their campsites by 11:00 pm unless accompanied by a parent.
TIEMPO DE SILENCIO: Es de 11:00 pm a 7:00 am. Los niños menores de 18 años deben estar en su espacio de acampar a las 11:00 pm al menos que esten acompañados por sus padres.
RESPECT: Be considerate of others and do not cut through sites. Please leave your site or rental unit in the same or better condition than you found it. You will be responsible for damages.

SPA: You must be 16 years or older to be in the spa area.

TRASH: Please deposit trash in dumpsters located thoughout the park.

VANDALS: Vandals and 911 prank calls will be prosecuted.

ALL UNITS MUST BE ATTENDED OVERNIGHT. TODAS LAS UNIDADES DEBEN SER ATENDIDAS DURANTE LA NOCHE.
NOT ALLOWED — NO PERMITIDO:
• Vehicle washing – Lavado de vehículo
• Intoxication, profanity and obscenity –Obscenidades, profanidades y intoxicación
• Feeding wildlife/alimentando la vida silvstre
• Selling and advertising of goods and services on site – Venta y publicidad de bienes y servicios en en su sitio
• Hoverboards are not allowed on the property –Hoverboards no están permitidos en la propiedad
Management reserves the right to fine or ask any guest to vacate the premises at any time if unwilling to follow the Campground Rules and Regulations.
Members and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Circle M from all claims, liability, loss and expense incurred by reason of injury to person or property, or both, of members, their family or their guests, arising from the use of Circle M properties, its facilities or surrounding areas.
Members and guests agree that any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
