• Speed limit is 5mph throughout the park for the safety of our guests and their pets.
• Quiet Hours 10:00pm-7:00am.
• Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Pool closes at 10:00pm. No smoking, no pets, no glass in pool area. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children 16 years of age and under in pool area.
• All children under the age of 16 must be on their site by 9pm, unless they are accompanied by a legal guardian. No child is to be left unattended in the recreation areas, pools, or pond area.
• Please place all trash in the dumpster at the front of the park across from the office. Do not leave trash outside overnight.
• No parking on the grass with vehicles, golf carts, or boats. No rugs or tents are to be placed on grass.
• No wood-burning fires.
• All vehicles and RVs must be parked behind the red parking line on the site. We have limited overflow parking, on a first come, first served basis. No parking in vacant sites.
• Please respect other guests. No walking through occupied sites.
• An O-ring, donut, or screw-in fitting must be used at all times at the septic connection and septic hoses must be supported to allow proper drainage.
• Dogs are to be on a 6-foot or shorter leash at all times. (It’s not just our rule, it’s the law.) Pick up after your pet. There are multiple Dog Stations throughout the park for your convenience.
• WARNING: Coyotes roam the city of Port Aransas. Please watch your dogs at all times, and do not leave them outside unattended.
• The pond is catch and release only. It is not for swimming or boating. Please keep children and dogs away from the water’s edge.
• A full list of all rules and guidelines will be given to each guest at checkin.
