Rules at a Glance
A complete list of rules and regulations are provided at check-in.
Arrival/Departure: Check-out time is 11:00 AM; Check-in time is 12:00 PM until dusk. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee.
If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/ late check-out not available at all locations.
Registration: All guests and/or visitors must register online, at the office or with the camp host prior to staying in the resort. Camp host information is posted by the main door to the Clubhouse for after hours check-in.
Vehicles:
• Parking is allowed only at your site. Parking in empty sites or community parking lot is NOT allowed.
• Repairs — Major vehicle or travel unit repairs are not allowed on the property.
• Washing — Please see the office prior to washing vehicles for procedure instructions.
Pool & Spa are open 24 hours except for repairs, maintenance and cleaning times.
• Minors — Accompanied minors may use the pool during season between the hours of 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM and between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Please observe and follow all posted RULES
• NO LIFEGUARDS are available. All persons use the pool at their own risk.
• No glass containers are allowed in the Pool/Spa area.
Check-ins after dark will be parked in front of the Clubhouse until morning. All sites are back in only.
Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM
All visitors less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the Resort.
Speed Limit: 10 mph for all types of vehicles in the Resort. Pedestrians and assistive vehicles have the right of way at all times.
Laundry/Restrooms are available 24 hours daily, except for posted cleaning or repairs. We strive to keep these areas as clean as possible, so please do your part in helping us maintain cleanliness. Notify the office of any cleaning/repair issues that may arise.
Trash Removal: You are responsible for keeping your site clean and free of debris. Dumpsters, as well as Recycling Bins, are provided within the Resort.

The Smoke Free Arizona Act prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any business entrance or window. No smoking is permitted in the pool/spa area.
