GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (Unless otherwise posted)
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday: Closed
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Excessive noise of any kind is not allowed.
POST OFFICE: Open Monday-Saturday.
WI-FI: Available at the Activities CenterWi-Fi at sites is available for purchase.
SPEED LIMIT: 15 MILES PER HOUR WITHIN THE RESORT. ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT SPEED BUMPS. OBEY STOP SIGNS!
SMOKING: NO smoking is permitted in or around ANY Resort facilities and common areas.
GARBAGE SERVICE: Pickup is on Monday and Thursday. All trash and garbage must be in plastic bags, securely closed. Put trash in trash bins. Recycle bins by Activity Hall.
LAUNDRY: Hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please do not start laundry after 8:00 pm. Keep laundry room and machines clean for the next user. Use only U.S. coins in the machines.
SWIMMING: Pool hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is mandatory that you wear swimming suits and shower before using either of the pools. No lifeguard is on duty. Cutoffs, alcoholic beverages, glass containers and ice chests are not permitted.
CHILD GUESTS (5 to 18): Children under five are not allowed in the pool. Child pool hours are NooN to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Adult supervision is required at all times. No children allowed in the Jacuzzi.
VISITORS: Resort security requires ALL visitors to register at the Office.
SEWER HOSES: Must be elevated off the ground.
FIRES: No campfires are allowed.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must use the streets provided. Shortcuts across spaces are not permitted. Repair charges will be made to individuals when damage occurs. Noisy vehicles must adhere to our Quiet Hours. Maximum of two vehicles allowed per lot. PARK ON YOUR OWN SITE. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. No major vehicle repair work permitted on your space. No parking of commercial vehicles.
PROPANE: Propane is delivered to site. Check with Resort Office for contact info.
PETS: PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. All loose pets will be turned over to the Phoenix Animal Control. Exercising and RELIEF OF YOUR PETS MUST BE DONE AT THE DOGGIE RUN. En route, carry a container and clean up after your pet. Barking dogs will not be allowed when they disturb other tenants. Some breeds are not permitted. NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE GOLF COURSE.
WARNING: Please be careful. You are in the desert. When out walking or walking your pet, please watch where you are walking. There are rattlesnakes and scorpions. WHEN WALKING AT NIGHT, PLEASE CARRY A FLASHLIGHT. Do not feed the wild animals; they are dangerous. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE.
