FINE FISHING | Some of the best fishing on the East Coast is found along the 130 miles of accessible beach, including ours! Fish from one of eight piers located between Kitty Hawk and Hatteras Island or from the short bridge on the Nags Head-Manteo Causeway or the Washington Baum bridge. Purchase fishing license at front desk.

WATER ACTIVITIES | Try jet skiing, surfing, windsurfing, ocean and sound kayaking, sailing, parasailing, and of course, swimming.

GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S ENJOYMENT

Site/Cabin Guarantees: Guests are assigned a site or cabin number within the price group in which they purchase at the time of booking. If you would like to reserve a specific site or cabin, a Site Guarantee can be purchased and will lock the reservation and guarantee a specific site or cabin upon your arrival.

Check In/Out Times: Tent and RV guests are welcome to arrive any time after 1pm; Cabins and accommodation guests are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm; Checkout time for all guests is any time before 11am.

Smoking is not allowed in any cabins, inside of campground buildings or on the pool deck.

Quiet Hours are observed from 10pm – 8am. This includes outdoor televisions and music. RV sites are a maximum of 6 people.

Cabins are a maximum of 4, 6 or 8 people based on the cabin type and floorplan.

No guests may move from their assigned site without authorization from the front desk manager. Generators are not permitted in the Resort.

Children: Parent/Guardians are responsible for the behavior and whereabouts of minors at all times. Anyone under the age of 18 must be on their assigned campsite by 10pm unless accompanied by an adult. Bike riding is not permitted after dusk, always wear a helmet while riding.

Pets: Pets are never to be left unattended and must be leashed at all times while on the Resort. Please pick up after your pet’s waste at all times. Dogs showing aggression or consistent barking will be asked to be removed from the Resort. Pets are welcome to be off leash only when inside the Kamp K9 park.

Swimming Pool: Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to use or occupy the pool or spa areas without a parent/ guardian. There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Profanity, loud music and glass containers of any kind are not permitted inside the pool deck. No climbing, diving or running inside the pool deck. Children who are not potty trained

must wear a swim style diaper at all times while using the facilities.

Campfires: Campfires are permitted at your campsite as long as they are inside the fire ring, please only burn wood and not garbage.

Campfires are permitted on the beach with a permit from the National Seashore which is available at the Front Desk. Please NEVER leave a fire unattended and ensure all fires are extinguished when unattended.

Visitors: This is a private Resort, not open to the public. Guests are permitted to visit registered campsites only. All visitors must register at the front desk and pay a $10pp fee to receive a parking pass. Visitors receive full access to KOA activities and amenities from 8am – 11pm daily.

Vehicles: All sites are meant to accommodate 1 camping unit and 1 personal vehicle. An additional vehicle may be parked in overflow parking if available.

All vehicles MUST display a valid car pass while on the property or they will be asked to leave. We do not allow dirt bikes or ATVs at any time while on the Resort.

Golf Carts: Only licensed drivers may operate Golf Carts on the Resort. Golf Carts without lights are not permitted to operate after dusk.

Tent Sites: Tents are permitted on designated tent sites only. We allow two small tents or one large tent on these sites and there is always a maximum of 6 persons.

For sanitary reasons, Tents are NEVER allowed on Full Hookup Campsites.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi throughout the Resort is not guaranteed and can be very limited at times, depending on the number of guests.

It is not designed for streaming. We do offer a stronger Wi-Fi Hotspot in the Café/ Lounge area which is open 24/7, as well as complimentary computers and printers for your convenience. Wi-Fi Guest Helpline 888-744-6265.

Drones: The launching, landing or operating of unmanned aircraft/drones in the campground is prohibited.

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXCESSIVE DRINKING! Objectionable conduct or rule violations may result in termination of your stay without a refund. Any guests or pets causing damage to KOA property will be responsible for repairs and may be asked to vacate the Resort. All determination of misconduct are at the discretion of Resort Management.
